Nationwide cancelled our business property policy after one claim in 30 years. The claim was related to a car hitting a structure on our property. The car owner and their insurance company accepted responsibility - even repaying our deductable. I called the agency asking for a review, they promised to look into the issue and call back and try and resolve the policy but I haven't heard back from them in three weeks. The claim was resolved quickly by big Nationwide, but we got NO service from this agent and no support after 30 years of paying premiums. AVOID
