I have always had amazing service from Truslow Yost. Their rates were competitive and my agent made sure that I understood the details of my policies before we moved forward. If i could give this company less than 1 star i would. I had car and renters insurance. The staff was nice, for the most part. Luckily i never had to file a claim. However, several things happened that were really questionable. For example, forcing me to put my girlfriend on my insurance. She lives with me and has a license, but doesn't drive my vehicle. I checked with the DMV and state police and they said it wasn't necessary. Also the surprise fees for getting a newer, safer, and smaller vehicle, and then jacking my rates up. I never felt like my best interests were taken into account. They care
