Renters beware. This property management company took over the property I was renting about a year and a half into my lease. They said they would meet with each tenant to renew our contracts and get to know us. Never happened. They showed up unannounced several times. Every one of my neighbors had another incident with them that made us all wary of them. Everyone I spoke to wanted out as soon as possible. As soon as I gave the notice to move out it took them two weeks to get back to me. On top of that, they never gave me back my deposit or whatever remained of it and it's been months

I requested for an application and a showing which was scheduled by Loa. They cancelled and requested to reschedule because of personal issues. I was understanding of the situation and agreed to reschedule. There was no follow up from Loa for a reschedule after I sent the text. Two days later, they rescheduled the showing the following week. The day of the showing, Loa cancels once again and tells me that they already accepted an owner application. This would have been taken care of quicker if there was efficient, quick communication.

Wes has been a pleasure to work with. We are still new with this company but he and his wife are a great team and they’ve been super helpful with a lot of updates. Our unit rented out in about two weeks and we didn’t have to do anything! They took care of everything !

I signed a Property Management Agreement with HI Pacific Property Management in 2020. Michael Ablan is my property manager. He went over all the documents with me in detail and did a fantastic job of finding the right tenants in a short time. I am happy with this company and especially Mike, as he is responsive, efficient and cares about my rental property. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

We have been with HI Pacific Property since we moved to Japan over 3 years ago. Wes has been amazing and always communicating with us. Even with the time change he always answers my calls and texts. If there is a chance to give 0 star I would definitely do so. This management company cares all about the money. They collect your money and not doing their job. I had to terminate my contract with them. They did not take care of my house at all. There is no so called check-out inspection process for them I guess. Scratches everywhere in the house. Nail hole are not patched. Dish washer, stove, oven, sink, shower tubs, toilet are nasty. Blinds are broken. Light bulbs are out not being replaced. Crack on the mirror. Super disappointed. I just try to say something so that people can choose wisely

Very disappointed in this Realestate company.
1. Micheal was short, rude, unacceptable behavior for a person that works in this industry.
2. Software malfunction with application. Micheal said it wasn't his problem.
3. Didn't get a chance to apply for the apartment that I really wanted. I wish I could go through some else for this place.

This company is BS. We put in our application after viewing a home. We passed everything from credit score up to references etc... Previous Landlord gave excellent remarks. Then at the end, all they told us the owner decided to go a different direction. With no explanation why. I asked right after that email. No response. After a couple of days, asked again, no response. Another reply today just for the hell of it, but I am fed up. BS -- why not let us know where we failed in the application. We were the first to apply, got all of what we needed in, passed all the requirements, but no good response

Chose HI Pacific Property Management a couple of years ago to manage our North Shore Property after we had to move back to the mainland. We were extremely fortunate to have found them. Arlene was our property manager the whole time and she was truly outstanding. A consummate professional, she managed our relatively unique property with ease. She was very easy to communicate with and did a great job being an advocate for both owner and tenant. This sign is disgusting. In the middle of a pandemic, when people are struggling to make ends meet, a property management company is going to advertise itself as a guarantor of kicking people out of their homes, into the street. This isn't a housing attorney's office...if you are managing property, wouldn't you want to pride yourselves on renting, rather then evicting? What a lack of compassion, do a temperature check on the humanity around you, read the room. This is reprehensible.

Counting down my days here. Since this place has been sprayed I haven't been living here. I come to check the place isn't burnt down and I go back to where I'm temporarily having to stay. Can't move my household goods in yet bc all these roaches are still coming out and dying. About 3 big roaches along with a bunch of little ones appear either dead or about to die almost every day. The tub still has roaches come and hide around drain.
Additionally my ESA pet is still on delay to arrive because of this infestation. Literally disgusting. Since move-in this place has been a complete

Wanted to view a home, got a text from Yana to answer questions. Answered the questions asked, got a text back saying we only meet 1 out of the criteria. Pretty much discriminated because of the amount of people in my family, It surely showed it in the text.
If that was the case. Then she should've responded saying they found an applicant. Why even ask the questions? So don't try and make it seem like anything.
