WORST company to deal with ESPECIALLY SHAWN, he's very unprofessional and should choose a different occupation; extremely RUDE and will do things without consent. things never get fixed even if reported and very bad communication and when moving out will charge you A LOT for nothing .

I've worked on and off with Shawn for the last 10 years as tenants have come and gone from my rental property. He is always reliable, dependable, and fair. He knows the local markets and will help ensure your property is well taken care of, even if you're not on island. Most recently, he helped me find 6 month tenants in a clutch and communicated throughout the process to make sure they were high quality. We rented an apartment and these guys were the property managers and it was the absolute worst place I have EVER dealt with. Things broke in the apartment all the time and took forever to get them fixed. And as soon as we started the move out process they were not responsive at all. Both my husband and I texted and emailed multiple times and they never replied. We literally had to walk into the office to be told we were being charged an extra $400 for pretty much nothing. Do not deal with this company of you can, especially Shawn. Terrible experience. If I could do less than one star I would.

Property International has been our property manager for almost 10 years. Shawn and Jen are very professional and efficient. We've also sold a rental property thru Fran as our selling agent and that went like a charm mostly because of Fran's knowledge and expertise during a tough market!. We are very happy with their service and I would highly recommend this company and the three people I have dealt with: Shawn & Fran as well as Jen. Professional, friendly, reliable and very accessible. They take the worry out of being a landlord.

Shawn was our property manager while we rented in Makakilo, he was great. Whenever something needed to be fixed he quickly got someone out to complete it. The company overall is great! We would have continued renting from them, but they didn't have anything available in the area we were looking. Great company with great people! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I contacted Properties International Limited on a Craigslist ad for a townhouse for rent in Kapolei, HI. I did rent the property and love it but.....Shawn Kahawai, President of Properties International is the person that I worked with. Shawn does NOT return phone calls, respond to emails, or provide anything...but excuses! He does not follow up...must be reminded over and over to get anything done. I would not recommend Properties International Limited.....
