I am really impressed with Gina Apana, owner of Allure Realty. She really looks out for her tenants and cares about their well-bing, which is hard to come by today. That "Aloha Spirit" she has sets her apart from other realty companies. She's excellent at her job, and I sincerely appreciate all that she has done for me as a renter. MAHALO!

Never have my wife and I had to deal with someone so rude, and disrespectful, let alone a real estate agency which should conduct business in a professional manner act in such a way as this establishment.
1. Roughly 2 years as being a tennant at an apartment which Gina was overseeing, we have never had any issues, never had any complaints, and always kept to ourselves. Never missed a payment, and did everything that was asked. Come time to clear, following everything she has asked, and following the contract to even go and pay outside companies to clean and clean the floors. Us as the tenants

I'm impressed how Gina handled my rental property. She has been my Property Manager for more than a year. I live out of state and I have a sound mind because I know Allure Realty takes care of not only her owners but her tenants as well.
