Cornerstone is very professional and they basically have made renting my place out seamless. They work quickly to get new tenants. They are also knowledgeable about the market and get a good market value for your unit, increasing rent as they see reasonable and fit, benefitting the owner. They screen them well to find quality tenants that pay and do not wreck your property. Cornerstone also pays and files my taxes, making everything so easy for me. Amanda has been managing my condo unit since 2019. She’s very knowledgeable of the real estate markets, professional and always willing to assist me with my concerns promptly.
Whenever there were needs to do repairs in the unit, Amanda’s office staff communicated that in timely fashion and took care of the repairs.

I've been with Cornerstone since 2011, they have continued to provide excellent service throughout this time. They provide proper recommendations and alleviate a lot of stress when dealing with my property in Hawaii when I lived in Japan, or the east coast. I couldn't give them a more favorable recommendation. I would say they have been above and beyond expectations.

I have worked with a number of property management companies.. but Cornerstone Properties thanks to Carl Frazier has been my longest relationship since 2006. Cornerstone has always been consistently looking after the best interest of my properties and even when I was living overseas for years, they took care of all of my needs and all I did was collect checks! Carl has always been quick to respond and ensure that his team covers all my needs within such a short turnaround. response to an owner's question or concern, and will actually talk w an
owner by phone when necessary or preferred by the owner. All too
many property management firms now are becoming totally automated,
and over-rely on computers, or the silly owner portal, & literally refuse to
take phone calls from owner clients.
Moreover, Cornerstone watches the market closely to be sure that

Worst rental experience of my life. Carl and all his children that run the business are very unprofessional and constantly try and blame others for there actions (you can see examples of this even in there responses to reviews here). No aloha. No morals. All the other one star reviews had almost the same experience as us with how they responded to our issues with a place that was not ready for move in. Don’t even try to ask them questions about the building the rental is in they will not go out of there way to answer it. They do not care about your living situation. We had our kitchen flood multiple
