MedOne was launched in 2004 by founders who wanted to build a company which incorporated their values and culture. Owners at MedOne previously worked at billion dollar companies. Their goal is to take the good from large business (professionalism, structure, and processes) and avoid the bad (politics, not caring, slow response, etc.).

Please stay away from this company...they say they have values and concerns,i am a below the knee amputee i bought the QUICKI QXI wheelchair from them,they came out at least 3x to adjust it..I HAVE FALLEN OUT OF THIS CHAIR 4X 1 TIME VERY SERIOUS I CRACKED MY SKULL OPEN..they will not replace the chair and when delivered it was the wrong color..i basically got a "oh well" from them....so PLEASE go anywhere but here to purchase a wheelchair..Walmart,walgreens

My son is a para/quad and has had issues with low air flow mattresses that hurt his back. Brian Murphy went so far above and beyond to get this resolved. He got a mattress similar to what my son was using in rehab, he was in constant communication with the woundcare Dr office and MercyCare Prior Auth dept. He had to jump through many hoops but the mattress was delivered and it works perfectly for my son. Cannot say enough good things about him and Med One!!!

Med one is so awesome. Their whole staff is caring and very empathetic. Recently they have helped my husband get his new wheelchair, without their help he wouldn't have gotten it at all, Med one went above and beyond to reach out and help him. I would recommend Med one to anyone who wants to feel special and know a company really cares. Most medical places are all business and about the money, but Med one is genuine and their whole staff is very nice too! Brian Murphy you're awesome!!! I understand that they need a prescription to do anything. But two weeks ago I got them said script. It's a repair on a electric wheelchair I received from them. They told me there was a problem with the insurance so I called insurance. Nothing from Med One. It's for batteries for my chair under $1000 and considered a repair no prior authorization needed. They didn't order the battery. Pissed off I was telling them how unacceptable that is! Why not order the battery? Offered me manual chair I already have. I qualified for this chair if I could use manual chair insurance wouldn't have gotten me

MedOne customer service is very poor. I called for a new CPAP mask and they said they needed a prescription. My doctor promptly sent one to them and I called a few days later and they denied getting it. I had gotten a call a few days previous from MedOne saying that they had received the prescription. Finally called them again they said that they would order the mask and would call me if there was a copay. Over a week later I had not received a call or a mask. I called again today and the representative said I had a copay and the mask would not be sent out until she had the payment. Bottom line

Horrible custom service. Might answer one out of 10 calls. When they do answer, they transfer you to someone else who, guess what, never picks up. You are prompted to leave a message and they say they will return your call by the end of the day or within 24 hours. That NEVER happens. Taking my business elsewhere.

I can't even give a rating for this company as every time I have to deal with them they upset me so and I end up talking to manager or owner. My mom was assigned to them when leaving the hospital I believe in 2006. Had to put in something but I don't think they even deserve a 1. Do yourself a favor and check with your Dr.'s office and check out the company's first. You will be happier in the long run. Medone is horrible. My husband has a cpap machine and we have been trying to get new supplies since Nov. I finally talked to a suoervisor. The company no longer is a medicare provider. The company is in bankruptcy. It is a mess. Don't just leave messages. Stay on the line until the operator answers and ask to speak to the person in charge. Don't ket them off the hook.

I have been using MedOne Healthcare in Tempe for 2 1/2 years. For the first six months they were good and I was a happy customer, then it's as if someone flipped a switch and it all went to hell.
Current example: I am oxygen dependent and called last week for new cannula. You never get a person to answer, you always have to leave a message. I did get a call back within a couple hours and explained what I needed. The guy on the phone started to tell me how I should already have enough cannula because they last 2 weeks. I explained I work fulltime so I have cannula on my portable tanks and

Well how can I give less star's, they have so many bad reviews I guess I'm preaching to the choir. But my 2 cents. No one knows how to follow through and failed to outline their responsibilities as it relates to Medicare! Finally after a week of trying to get new equipment from a different supplier... they MEDONE had a salesman call me to tell me how stupid I was and that I didn't understand how Medicare worked for the CPAP PROGRAM. Of course when I started therapy 3 months ago, I would have thought they would have told me.

Customer service is deplorable, the employees are not responsive to the disabled person's needs, they don't pay attention to detail so many times have ordered the wrong eqipment.They don't return phone calls, and it can take 6-12 weeks for medical equipment that is needed today! We've waited that long for a battery, or a wheel, so that my husband, a quadriplegic is bedbound until it comes, leading to risks of skin breakdown, urinary tract infections, pneumona, blot clots. My husband is now in bed for 12 days because we can't get an extendable leg rest for his wheelchair

I switched to MedOne from a provider I was very happy with because I was told that Medicare would not cover my current provider. I have a secondary insurance and I was assured that they were also a preferred provider for the secondary insurance.
I used the service for less than a year and terminated with them due to poor service. They would promise equipment would be provided and then when the dates arrived they would project them out again. They would not return calls in a timely manner. The follow-up was non existent, which would not have been noted except that my first service was so exemplary

Impressions from my 1st engagement with Med One Healthcare.
Staff is very professional & friendly. The receptionist made me feel welcome & kept me informed of when the nurse would be available. The nurse went over every details of my new CPAP machine.
The front of the building is 90 degrees from the street so it is not visible. The only thing preventing me from overshooting the location was a small sign out front.
So far I am happy with the service provided by the staff here.

I there were zero stars, that'd be my vote.
Dealing with them for almost 2 years now. They can't seem to get much of anything right. I've had up to 6 items of durable medical equipment in my home at one time. Wrong items delivered. Wrong items picked up. They call at 9 pm to see if they can deliver that night. Are they nuts? Nobody seems to care. Non-existent is right. When I call in to talk with someone about my case, get nowhere, dumped off the phone lines twice. Is there an owner who needs to know how bad their staff is:? I'd love to dump them and start fresh with another company but I'm told

I had a wonderful experience with Med One! I called yesterday 2/4/16 with an urgent request and they treated me like a priority! I had a bit of an issue with a another medical rental company and I needed a knee walker for a surgery I was having the next day immediately! They worked with me quickly and efficiently! Erica helped me from start to finish and made the whole process easy and quite enjoyable. She was pleasant, had a positive attitude, was funny and very sweet! I need supplies for chronic respiratory issues and heard there was a new company which actually takes care of customers and doesn't treat you like an Inconvienence.
I called to make an appointment and the person was very friendly and helpful. Even though they were busy- they got me an appointment right away.

My father-in-law has been given the run-around from this company from Day 1. He needed a prescription from his doctor's office to get a mattress cover. We had spoken with his doctor's office and they said they sent it. Feb 7 he ordered this... AGAIN. Was asked to leave a message and no one ever called him back. So I called on 2/18 and spoke with Diana who claimed the person that was handling his order was no longer with the company but what she needed to complete the order was the model # to the unit. ha! ok. That's what's been holding this order up? No one that took her place followed through

Not very responsive to messages left. Don't seem very motivated to help solve problems. I feel like communication is not a strength for them. Instead of them calling back I have to make several attempts to call and try to get ahold if someone.
