FTHC takes the holistic approach (a healing philosophy that views a patient as a whole person, not just a disease or a collection of symptoms) and extends it to working with communities-a philosophy that views a community as a whole, not just a community at risk or collection of problems, but one that has leaders, has assets and has value to "heal itself."

Wonderful experience. We did not have to wait very long for the Covid test at Metro Center. I took my parents who are 75 and 85 to get tested and they felt it was quick and nothing like what they’ve seen on the news with other sites. The staff is compassionate, patient and very professional. The process to sign up was very easy to those who are not computer savvy.. I have referred over 20+ people to sign up and get tested at their locations.
Good job Family Tree Healthcare-Clinic you are a blessing to all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏🏾

**In response to their response: you post your hours everywhere then when people show up during those hours, doors are locked. Neighboring businesses do at least know the hours you post publicly, and see people bounce during those publicly posted hours.
Communication is a complete joke to this office. Appointments are scheduled by filling out a web form but there are absolutely no way to confirm or cancel appointments. No email confirmations, nothing. The phone here has a pre-set voice recording and you can NEVER get to anything but that recording. No way to call, no way to talk to anyone, nothing

I have had the best care here and will look no further. Family Tree and the team is amazing and the provider/owner LaWanda Mann is thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable about a wide variety of options and solutions for care. I have a very complicated and abnormal health history. She cares about her patients as a whole, not just what they come in for. I commend her for putting forth business efforts that include holistic or “At-The-Root” services. Essentially, she and you will be a team and the goal is your total wellness, not just symptom management! Her honesty and delivery of information

This pain management provider needs a serious case of communication skills! A provider I saw on a consultation basis only the day before I saw Ms. Mann sent in an oxycodone script for me, by accident, and Ms. Mann thought I was trying to pull a fast one on her with doctor shopping! Nothing could be further from the truth but after that Ms. Mann would not communicate with me or the other consultation guy. Basically she deserted this pain patient and did not even provide me with a last script or referrals so I was forced to go cold turkey go into withdrawals! The discharge letter from her was a lie
