My wife and I visited Deutsch looking at watches. The sales associate Diana Garcia was very gracious and helpful spending a lot of time advising us on what to buy as a nice anniversary present to ourselves.
Hopefully the hard to get watches we wanted will be in stock in the next few months.

I had a wonderful shopping experience today. I spoke with Ashley on the telephone prior to driving to the store. The staff greeted me on my arrival to the store and found Ashley for me. Ashley was tremendously helpful in assisting me with my purchase. She had the item I was interested in waiting for me. Ashley answered my questions and made the buying experience quite enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Deutsch Fine Jewelry.

Ashley has been the most amazing sales associate in helping us find the perfect piece. One afternoon we casually stopped by to look at different options and Ashley was super friendly, answering all our questions about the many different pieces and really taking her time to listen to what we were interested in. Ashley went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The next time we stopped by she immediately remembered us and invited us to take another look and again went above and beyond, to make us feel at home and super comfortable. My experience at Deutsch Fine Jewelry and specifically with Sales Associate Diana has been fantastic. I have been in multiple times, sometimes to look and sometimes to buy, and I have always received nothing but the best, most professional service from everyone. I felt from my very first visit that Diana listened to me and really cared about what I was looking for. She is amazing and seems to remember everything and actually followed up with me. We took our Rolexes to be engraved. We were told it was 3 dollars a letter but they failed to mention a minimum charge of $25. The lady who attended to my husband had the nastiest attitude ever upon pickup. I was going to buy a 100 XL Cartier Santos from them but I guess I'll take my business somewhere else.

My wife and I were looking for a 10 year anniversary band to celebrate. We stopped by multiple stores but Deutsch really impressed us.
To begin with, we worked with Linda who was incredibly helpful. She talked to my wife not only about the feel and look of the watch to help narrow down a band, but also helped by sharing the specific types/style of rings to help my wife have the vocabulary to search if she found a style and wanted to look elsewhere.
The biggest thing they did that won my vote was they sized and had my wife try on a sample ring in different order (e.g. new ring first vs new ring

My fiancé bought my engagement ring here and I love it! Donna was his sales lady and from what he told me she was great at explaining the different cuts to him and helping him pick my ring. We went back to Donna to pick out our wedding bands which are also great! She let us take our time comparing rings and helped us pick the perfect ones. Definitely would recommend, great experience.

Update to prior review after response from Deutsch.
Obviously the poor review was warranted. Somehow Deutsch blames me for writing the review because I did not get the response I wanted. No, the review was the result of us being misled - twice. First when we made the purchase and were promised that Deutsch provided great after sale service. Second when we took ring in for repair on a promise of a few days turnaround which upon a trip to the store was unavailable, worse because instead of then being told how situation could be resolved (repair, then securely ship to us), all we get told is what

I will not be purchasing anything from this jeweler in the future. While the quality of their product is great, their customer service is subpar. Deutsch & Deutsch does not respect or value their customers! On multiple occasions, I have been shocked by how they treated me. I highly recommend choosing a different retailer!
