I added a review a while back as the manager asked to advise what was wrong. I email him 1 to 5 times a week due to a renter that discrespects all the neighbors with a thug loud muffler screaming through the neighborhood. Renter's have more rights than owners. Really think before you buy in here. The HOA doesn't care if this clown runs over people. Beware!

I don’t usually write reviews but I don’t recommend this company. Our HOA has been hemorrhaging money since we hired them and our dues have gone up by hundreds of dollars every year with no end in sight. They are difficult to get a hold of and take a long time to respond. Oftentimes, the responses are not sufficient. Communications approved and sent out by them have been unprofessional. Their website is difficult to navigate. They have repeatedly sent residents fines in error. Just, so many reasons not to hire them. If you love your neighbors, stay away from this company.

Our HOA had used another "mgmt company for many years and was hesitant to switch". When I reached out to Douglas Property Management, Jay was quick to respond, had a professional proposal and met with the Board to review our service level. We hired DPM and we couldn't be more pleased. The transition was seamless (even ACH set up) and the new reports and Dues Statements have really helped with our delinquencies. DPM also drives the property monthly for covenant/maintenance updates. Jay and his team are quick to respond as well as accurate and efficient. We had no idea how much work we were doing

Worst management company ever Jay Stanhope is no help at all dealing with HOA. Paying dues on time and having the privilege to use amenities, for nothing because at the end of the day they want to profit of making money out of the pool parking space. Worst management company I have ever dealt with and I personally work in management mananging three communities. They are no help at all. I can even state the fact that I fell that there is discrimination going on with this management company and HOA board members. I see why they have so many negative reviews.

Excellent company! Highly recommend if you are looking for a property management company with experience, industry knowledge and a committed staff. Their attention to detail and customer service are what set them apart from other companies. My community has worked with this company for several years because they are the best! Jacob Brack truly goes above and beyond managing our community to make sure high standards are maintained that protect our homeowner property values.

Having served on the HOA board for over 5 years in our community, I can testify the amount of time and effort that goes into properly running a neighborhood. About 3 years ago we switched to Douglas Property Management, and couldn't be happier with the level of service received. Our neighborhood was a complete mess from a financial standpoint, but Mike Douglas walked us through situations with guidance and leadership to turn the ship around. In addition, we were lucky enough to be added to Jay Stanhope's community management group. He has been absolutely monumental in moving our neighborhood forward

So very grateful our Association changed to Douglas Property Management. the property manager returns my calls and answer my emails. Pete has been very helpful with getting the community cleaned up since they have taken over our community. I would recommend them to anyone as the have been the most professional company our community has had in 15 years
