Drew was fantastic to work with for managing our rental property. He is super prompt to respond (10 mins or less 99% of the time) and we never had to lift a finger. He handled everything with the tenant and helped keep our investment stress free. I 100% recommend Drew and plan on using him for any future real estate transactions.

What we appreciate highly is the peace-of-mind that the company offers us, there was absolutely no need/ reason for us to lift a finger. They do all that is needed to rent the property, maintain the property, and collect the rent for us. The monthly and final end-of-year accounting reports that they provide us are very professional. I rented with Mega Agent Rentals for a year and always found them to be responsive and punctual. Any issues I had were resolved and Drew Brown was always polite and friendly. When I had to move due to relocation Drew was flexible in viewings for the property, which as someone who worked from home a lot was very important. I would recommend MAR to anyone looking for peace of mind when renting.

My fiance and I have been renting through Drew for a few years now. The experience has been exceptional. I have dealt with other rental companies in the past and it wasn't a great experience. It has been such a relief having a rental manager who actually responds and reaches out to me on a normal basis. Exceptional customer service!
