This place was not good on any level. The service was poor, and the food was cold. I understand more when a restaurant is very busy, but this one was not. And it wasn't one cold meal- everyone's food was room temperature. Don't waste your time or money here, especially when great Mexican food can be had less than 10 minutes away.

Just ate here. Ordered steak burrito s with beans,rice plus cheese dip. The cheese dip as barely warm. The beans were old,rice room temp,& steak chips in burrito was burnt like chips of bacon over cooked or could possibly been left from other steak order. Anyway burnt, not good. I ate most of mine bec l was starving otherwise would have left it. My husband ate prob half & had to leave rest. He kept picking all the hard burnt pieces out. Take yourchances!!

Came for a Sunday lunch with the Family and we all were very pleased with everything. The portion sizes will not leave you needing more, and the chips and salsa are fresh and clean. Service was fast. The staff is very nice and good at ensuring their customers needs are met.

I've eaten at this lovely and cozy restaurant multiple times. Everything they have, is very good. Great service and very reasonable prices. Burritos, nachos, delicious cheese dip. And the make the best Margarita I've ever had!

My boyfriend was eating at this establishment and he was watching Netflix on his phone while eating when a male waiter came and took his plate of food without being asked to. My boyfriend wasn't finished with his food either. He then proceeded to throw my boyfriend's phone onto another plate at the table without explanation on to why he did all of that. My boyfriend didn't do anything to disturb the restaurant or the people eating it and always comes here to eat and enjoys the food. After this occurred he was beyond upset.

Wonderful! I always call in our order for pick up and it's waiting for us when we get there. The food is Excellent! Portions are Huge and I always have leftovers for the next day! Definitely my favorite Mexican Restaurant!

Ordered tacos and the corn shell was similar to what you buy at the grocery store. The ground beef in the tacos were also similar to what one makes at home. This restaurant is far from authentic. My husband ordered a side of flour tortillas and butter (which they forgot) and the tortillas were cold and market quality. Unfortunately the tequila in the margarita was sub par and they forgot to add salt to the rim of the glass. Since the margarita did not taste good we ordered a beer with a salted rim and a lime and they forget both. Sad to say this restaurant had poor customer service and the quality

Our waiter and the hostess were not wearing masks, and none of the patrons moving around the restaurant were either. Makes you think we're out of the pandemic...

Food was meh. Little to no flavor in the rice or beans, and tacos just had soggy flavorless meat and a tortilla with no onions, cilantro, or other flavoring that a traditional taco would have. Taco Bell would be an upgrade.

Two stars because the margarita was halfway decent.

First time here, food was fast and amazing but service was awful. Drinks were gone 1/2 way through the meal and never got checked on after food was dropped off. Waited 30 minutes and no drink refill, no check.

Had dinner tonight - Fajita, enchilada, fried ice cream and flan. Outstanding food at reasonable prices. The place was packed, with many customers there for takeout, but the service was quick. The staff was clearly hardworking. Make sure you get a Margarita. We'll be back.

This place is nothing short of phenomenal. From what I've read and heard, Casa Fiesta is one of the most popular and recommended restaurants in Lenoir City. It's a clean restaurant and they have a 95 percent on their health score. I was very pleased with the service. It was excellent and I loved that we each got our own bowl for salsa.

The menu consists of many staple items, which I believe anyone can enjoy ... Including vegetarian. So, if someone in your party doesn't like Mexican food, unfriend them ... lol [just kidding] but seriously, with the rare menu items found here, they

This is absolutely the best Mexican restaurant in Knoxville (Lenoir City)! The Fajita suiza, Taco Salad, and Margaritas are out of this world! Jack our waiter is great and recommended all our food. You want great Mexican food you need to come here.

We love this place. Closest thing you'll get to Mexico, especially in Tennessee. Stopped again for lunch. I got the lunch burrito supremo special with steak. piping hot delicious. Wife got the toscittos Mexicanos. Delicious and hot.

We love this place and it's always clean fresh and fast.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I tried it based on reviews and I liked it so well I ate there again the the next night. The salsa was great, which I'm VERY picky about. My meal was excellent. It's clean. The service was fast and friendly. Plus it's inexpensive! You couldn't have asked for better Mexican food and a better dining experience!

A wonderful experience ! Our second time there and was just as great as the first. The food was fresh and tasty. Service was friendly & prompt.

Really good! This is the perfect Mexican restaurant! I stopped in on a whim and wasn't looking for any old taqueria. Instead, I wanted to sink my fork into something hearty and spicy. Yum! Well, the food here is very good. They serve beans and salsa with your chips. And the menu has a lot of options. My chimichanga was very good. It was everything my starving appetite hoped it would be. (I guess the only thing I have to live with is the cheese dip all over mexican food in these parts).
