Worse place, I am their regular customer, but this time we change our mind and cancel the hold within a day, and they are not giving our 2000 deposit back.

These people are cheaters . Never trust anyone in this store . 3 weeks ago I gave them my wife's pendant to fix it's hook . They gave me a receipt and told me 50 to 60 dollars for labor and little extra gold . Today I went to pick up , they asked me to pay 100 dollars . I refused and they gave me that pendant without hook . They didn't return our old hook .

Amazing experience with Regal Jewels. We travelled from Iowa to purchase many items, and they not only put items a side that may have been of interest, but they weren't pushy, spent several hours with us showing all the items we might be interested in, and we're fair with price.
The pictures are just a few examples of some of the bangle (Kurrah) and chain+pendant that we bought. Beautifully crafted and a HUGE selection of products.

I visited Regal last Sunday. I had a long non-gold necklace, which got broke. With a skeptical mind thinking that whether I'll be able to get it repaired, I went to Devon and the thought to take a try at Regal. Then we got help from a kind person and he took only 5 mins to fix my necklace. He was a savior that day. Our family has been going here for the past 20 years and keeping the trust in them I went back to buy a certain kind of bracelet that I couldn't find anywhere else but they had it. You want GOLD !!!!!!! This is the place to go ! My husband just bought me a beautiful belly chain . They have a very exquisite collection of belly chains, but we were looking for something for daily use. We ended up getting 2 22 carat neck chains, that they salded together to make one that fits the extra was made into a bracelet.
