I had the pleasure of working with Keifer Nuncio on designing a custom engagement ring. I was blessed to work with such a honest and creative jeweler. He took me step by step on how to pick the perfect diamond and not only did he have a great vision for what I wanted, he kept me well under my budget. I knew I had the best person for the job when he told me, "If you're going to spend big money, make sure it LOOKS like you did rather than just buying an expensive small diamond." This review is long overdue! I found Jay through my family, and I'm so glad I did! He first made my engagement ring which I loved so much that I had him make my wedding band and even my first anniversary band. I checked out several local retail jewelry shops and was so unimpressed I wanted to give up. The quality and cost was outrageous and then I found Jay. I bought my wife a diamond wedding ring from Sergio 6 years ago which she absolutely loved. My wife and I are going through a rough time. She has been emotionally stressed. Yesterday evening she went to sell the ring to Kiefer. This morning she realized what a huge mistake she made and called Kiefer first thing in the morning. She explained that she made a mistake and asked what she could do to get her wedding ring back. At first Kiefer said the ring was gone. Later after checking he said it was in the safe. Where do I even begin... i am going to be brief and short. Basically, these guys have a very selective customer service. For me, it was basically, calling back over and over, and the guy kept on telling me he was busy with a customer. Well, I am a customer too! I guess they didn't want my business. No problem, there so many other places to go to.

They were polite, prompt, and most importantly provided the highest offer for my gold out of about eight places I checked, seven of which were in this same building. It was really a huge waste of time going to the other places who offered over 5% less and many of them wouldn't offer anything at all and said they just weren't interested in gold or "that type of gold". Unfortunately, Jonathan's only pays by check and they also want a fingerprint scan. The check is a little inconvenient and the fingerprint scan seems a bit intrusive and I didn't feel comfortable providing

My sister and I contacted Sergio when we decided to liquidate some inherited jewelry. Prior to meeting with him we had the jewelry appraised and his offers were all on par with the appraised values. My husband had my engagement ring modeled after a Tiffany one I loved, but we definitely couldn't afford. He said Sergio was amazing through the whole design process! My mother had bought me this rose gold bracelet from Tiffany and from day one I have been unable to wear it as every time I put it on, it would fall off my wrist from a broken link. I had sent it back to Tiffany numerous times and every time I would get it back it would fall off again within a day. Update-Among other items, I had brought in 6 rings to sell the day I reviewed above, and the small guy with an office near the front door offered me $10 for them saying he was certain the were stones costume jewelry and settings not made of real gold. I was surprised at this as my mother never had any costume jewelry, but thought maybe she was mistaken and wasn't aware it wasn't real. Of course I declined his paltry offer. I came in to sell some old jewelry...not knowing what the process was like or really what would be a good deal for what I had. I was ushered straight into the big boss' office, who was on the phone but still greeted me with a smile and started to look at what I had. From the very beginning with the engagement ring to the custom designed wedding band, my experience here was amazing. It all started a little under 2 years ago, my now husband knew which diamond cut I wanted but didn't know what kind of band, so Jonathan had it set in a solitaire setting so that he could propose with an actual ring. My husband and I did a lot of shopping around for a diamond before we visited Jonathan's. The prices here were anywhere from $2,000 to $7,000 thousand dollars cheaper than regular jewelry stores and slightly less than internet wholesale prices. The only thing I didn't care for was the craftsmanship of the setting they did. But by all means come here to buy the diamond and only after you have shopped around because this will the final place you go and I want you to know how much of a good deal you are getting.
