Guild West is the worst property management I have ever delt with. We rented our home for alittle over 8 years and never had a late payment. Guild West did not maintain the home in the entire 8 years they never did any maintenance work only emergency repairs. We had three roof leaks first they sent me a handyman who said it was our fault, second leak I was again sent the same handyman who again told us it was my fault, and on the third leak it took me demanding an actual roofing professional before they finally fixed the dry route, cracked tiles, and ripped roof paper.
