We love working with Stacey! She is extremely professional and responsive to all our needs. My husband and I own 4 rental properties and she never misses a beat. She answers our calls, texts and emails within 24hrs, sometimes within minutes. She has helped us remodel and make changes to our rentals and has great taste and style! I’ve rented many homes in my lifetime and American Horizon was the best experience hands down! Robert made it very easy from the very beginning! and at move out! I wish they had locations nationwide because they handle helping people move a great experience not like most properly management companies do. We've been with American Horizon for a few years now and I just wanted to write a little review in appreciate for the great service, great communication and quality renters we have received from Nancy Marshall and Stacey Bussell. Before this, we had never rented a home and we were a little anxious going in, but working with American Horizon has been a great experience. They screen for qualified and caring renters and we could not have done this on our own. Despite living in a beautiful house for two years that required little maintenance, my experience with American Horizon Property Management, specifically Robert Bussell (owner) was atrocious. The 7-10 times I had dealings with him whether it was to bring my initial deposit, find out my move-in date, get maintenance done or to get my deposit check returned, he missed the mark. I was either told that he would call back and never did or his timeline was way off. This wasn’t sometimes, this was literally EVERY time. Absolutely unacceptable. Robert Bussell managed my condo while I was stationed overseas for a year. He found an ideal tenant quickly and there were no issues the entire year and he was very helpful and understanding of the time difference if I ever needed to be contacted. Then he represented me as my selling agent and held on through the process entire close process and dealt with the few hiccups we had. If I ever ever property in the Roseville area I will without question use American Horizon again. Thanks Robert!!

My recent move introduced me to American Horizon Prop. Management. I can say that there is very little I enjoy about moving. However, American Horizon has been great so far. I say this having had less than great experiences with other property management companies in the past. I initially met Nancy.
