Absolutely ripped us off by keeping deposit. 10 year old carpet should NOT be tenants responsibility. Ken told us do whatever to backyard and then charged us after we upgraded with pavers and flowers. You're welcome!

Good luck getting any deposit back. They do nothing for the renter, all about making that quick buck. Avoid Ken and this company like the plague if you're the renter.

Requested information about a home that was listed with them. Received a generic response that when I followed up asking for more information they never responded. Home was rented to someone else without ever hearing another word from them.

Great experience renting a home through All About Realty. Ken H the Property Manager was always very responsive when called upon - a pleasure to deal with. Cyndee Jacobs acted as a broker for my realtor for the sale of my home. She is very unprofessional. My realtor set up an open house for my home & used a recommended realtor by Cyndee b/c she was out of town. The recommended realtor never showed up for the open house & neither her or Cyndee would answer their phones the morning of no show. My realtor had to find someone else to host the open house. That same day I read a social media post from someone who was asking for real estste/mortgage personnel & the realtor that had just been a no show for me was recommended by someone else. I replied to

Horrible. Ken basically took my $75 for an "application fee" and NEVER followed up. I understand he rented to someone else but he is unprofessional. He did not even offer to let me use that money to apply for another location he was renting out. Don't make the same mistake I did. Rent or buy with someone else.
