No Markup on Vendor Repairs and No "In House" Maintenance Company- Any savings we secure in dealing with our vendors are passed on directly to our clients. You have the option to use your own vendors or ours. No Lengthy Contracts- At ICPM we offer flexible, month-to-month agreements designed with your best interests in mind.
A working relationship with your property manager based on courtesy, respect, honesty and fair dealing. We realize that today's renters are tomorrow's investors, and we want to keep your business. One day we hope to manage your first rental property. Reliable and timely communication to address your concerns and requests for necessary maintenance.
Most leases are negotiable, so ask for details and give your preference for lease length. ICPM cares about our Clients AND their Tenants. As absentee landlords, we found working with Investors' Choice to be a godsend. They are diligent in screening new tenants. An example is the extra care they took is when a prospective tenant had a cat, which technically we did not allow because of the odor nuisance. Alli actually made an appointment to visit the tenant, and sniff for any odors. (There were none, and the tenant was great.) Likewise, when repairs had to be made, and entry to the units scheduled with the tenants, they were on top of their game. Ditto for writing intelligent letters to tenants describing lease violations. We've be using Investors Choice for four years and have recommended them to several of our friends. Communication has always been excellent. All concerns or questions we've had have been dealt with promptly. We receive an itemized statement every month showing any expenses that have been made along with our rental check. Have never had a problem with the tenants that they have chosen.

This company has been managing my property for many years. Was first going to sell because of a job transfer, but home prices had plummeted a month or so before. That drove me to look into a company to rent, maintain, and manage it, and allow me to escape that full-time headache. They have kept it rented continuously, they have managed the issues as they arise; all so well done that even though prices have recovered, I have decided to continue to rent it out for the foreseeable future. Very happy to have found them.
