Claudia Ramos was the owner of the property very emotionally unstable woman as her property fell apart she continously brought up her dead mom. On top of it Scott knoeb lies and he enters property without knowledge and men he hire yo fix the place are very neglectful broken TVs and did the cheapest job possible.

Just awful... I was told there were no prior applications on a property we were interested in. we waited a week and heard nothing.. finally my husband was told that they haven't recieved anything back regarding our application.. mind you we were the first application on the property.. Then i see via trulia that the apartment was off the market. He didn't even have the professionalism to contact and let us know.If you wanna be lied and led in circles.. call them if not find a more professional company

Scott is useless, his word is worthless. He knows well how to wiggle a statement so he covers his lies, distortions, and broken promises. Joanna at the office is forthright, follows up, is always civil, courtious; I think the whole company runs because of her. No knowledge of David. we found a really nice rental, and deal with the property owner.
