Waldwick Station

Waldwick Station is an extremely well maintained and convenient apartment complex. The Café is a wonderful addition. The club room, outdoor lounge and fitness center are fully monitored, maintained and always accessible. The entire staff is efficient and dedicated with answering to the needs of all the residents.
The staff starting with Val and moving forward with Raquel, Hailie, Pablo and Walter are an excellent team. Every maintenance concern has been addressed immediately and I am always asked if there is anything else that needs attention.

As with any apartment complex there are pros and cons:
PROS:
- Office and maintenance is great, they’re always super responsive and accommodating.
- clean, modern and nice building
- whistle stop, limoncello and Ike’s big mouth are walking distance and the BEST places to get food!
- train is convenient, although I never used it
- walking/biking distance to the park and public pool
- package concierge is a life saver
- beautiful location
- garage parking is super nice and convenient, especially during

Hailie and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful assisting me through the move in process. It was a pleasure to work with Hailie and I greatly appreciate the professionalism and courtesy the staff here displays.
The experience moving in and living here has been nothing but positive for myself and my family.

My husband and I couldn’t be happier living at Waldwick Station! The complex is very well maintained and the amenities are great. The location is very convenient and there are lots of places within walking distance. Hailie is amazing and always responds promptly to any questions we may have. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything.

Waldwick Station is an awesome place to live. Aside from the obvious convenience of the train and the easy access to Ridgewood, Hoboken, and NYC, the building and staff are incredible! It is extremely well-maintained and the management team is super friendly and helpful. It is the best apartment option in Bergen County by far!

5 stars - the building is beautiful and the staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help at all times. Vienedre in the management office is always great with any questions and made my move-in process incredibly smooth, and Val, the head of maintenance, is always quick to respond to any requests and keeps the building looking brand new. Waldwick Station is a great place to live .

So this 5 star review is for Val who takes care of all our building maintenance. I've been living here with my boyfriend since July '18 and from the first week we moved in, we always see him around whether it's painting the stairwell walls to taking time to chat with some of the older folks in the building during community events. But what prompted me to give him a public shout out is that we recently got locked out of our apartment while getting ice cream at the whistle stop across the tracks. At 6pm on a Saturday, he rushed over and unlocked our apartment for us. Really happy and

5 stars - I have had a great experience moving in and living here. My move in went smoothly and management was very helpful through the entire process.... The building maintenance is on point and very quick to respond to any requests (Val is great!) and there are sometimes resident events for holidays or special occasions. love living here.

I am pretty confused by the reviews I am seeing here. I have been living at Waldwick station for four months now and have nothing but praise for this apartment complex. Then again I guess people are usually more inclined to review an apartment complex if they had a bad experience rather than a positive one.

The build quality within the units themselves feels high quality (aside from a very small gap between some of the floor panels that has been a non issue in my experience). The provided appliances are great, and the one bedroom unit I live in feels spacious and very well lit with large windows

Beautiful building and has MANY great added features and cost savings. 1, You save on electric lights. Just open the shade of the rear window, and your shoebox is instantly filled with the warm glow of the low pressure sodium lights that stream into your living space from the gorgeous parking lot outside your windows. To me it reminds me of the soft glow of a fireplace, IF YOU HAD ONE. 2, The view is FANTASTIC, you get to see all the commuters and their cars outside this complex. 3, You save on alarm clocks. The CLANGING and Train whistles allow you to wake up to the drone of trains that are 10

The building is beautiful, always clean, and well maintained. The amenities such as the gym, rec room, and outdoor patio area are great. The technology that the building has (package concierge and the virtual doorman) have made receiving packages and deliveries very easy. Beyond the building, the staff are always friendly and helpful!

I've lived at Waldwick Station for a year now and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The building is kept extremely clean, including the gym and club room, at all times. All of the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Anytime I pass one of the staff in the building or parking area, they always ask how I'm doing and if there's anything I need. The building is pet friendly and my dog has enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and meeting all of the other dogs.
