Lindvale Gardens

Was supposed to have a tour of these apartments with a leasing agent, Stephanie C, but she stood me up. Sat outside the apartment complex for about an hour and was sent to voicemail several times. Poor customer service. If this is how they treat potential tenants, I wonder how they treat their actual tenants?

Absolute trash place, do yourself a favor and do not live here. The neighbors are nice, but the management is absolutely horrible. The management does not listen or respond to any situations, it takes them weeks which is wrong.

A super who never responds to anything and a manager who likes to remain invisible. BE CAREFUL

The lady, whom is think might be the manager is very rude. Living there is miserable . I am very happy that i moved out . Even when there was a gas leak they asked us to wait till next monday . It makes me very sad that i have to give even 1 star for this but i am helpless no other option.

Nice place but absolutely HORRIBLE office. Only one lady who NEVER answers and gives nothing but rude responses. Tried calling multiple times for simple tasks never gets done. Apparently she only 'takes things over email which I should know.' Since she cant remember anything otherwise. I was never told this ever and she tells me to blame my realtor. I NEVER HAD ONE TO BEGIN WITH
The super does EVERYTHING I was told. This is false. I asked for another key for downstairs never got it, called 10 times still nothing. Called about stained wood floor from day one, never called me back. Like I said nice
