Colonial Pointe is an outstanding apartment community on all fronts -- from management to amenities to furnishings it is stellar.
To begin, I believe it's greatest quality is the management (Cathleen). Prior to my move-in they provided me with all necessary information and were always available to help. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable in your move. I was nervous moving to a new area, but once I moved in I received an amazing amount of support. Truly, during my stay, they played a huge role in my life that definitely is not required of them. I cannot thank Cathleen enough

When I was looking for a place to start a new beginning I went for a tour at Colonial Pointe. From the first moment of walking through the door I knew this was where I wanted to live. This place is absolutely beautiful. Clean and friendly BUT most of all because of Cathleen Foster, the leasing manager. She was AMAZING. Makes you feel comfortable and accommodating. Having lived in Pittsburgh in our own homes for 50 years, the move to a new area and apartment living was daunting and stressful. Our good fortune was that we found Colonial Pointe, an excellent property with a great community of tenants. The continued effort to make Colonial Pointe a place of pride in which to live and attention to our needs so ably managed by Cathleen, the office manager, is the reason we stay.

As newly weds, my husband and I wanted to ensure our first home would be a place where we’d feel safe and comfortable. Colonial Pointe provided us with those essentials. The property manager on site, Cathleen, was with us every step of the way, guiding us; from touring the complex, to handing over the keys. I cannot thank her enough for being so amazing throughout our stay. She is so thorough, informative, helpful, and overall kind and we appreciated everything. We are proud to have called Colonial Pointe our home and will cherish the memories we’ve created there as newly weds.

We love it here! The staff is so helpful, and every interaction is so pleasant! We can't say enough good things about Colonial Pointe! The building is well cared for, and quiet. The underground parking is nice, and is especially great in the winter! No more scraping snow off the cars! Its so easy to live here, we think we'll be here a long time.

Truly an outstanding place to live… my father lived here for 3.5 years and absolutely loved it. First, the building is very well located in Franklin Lakes. When looking for a new place (we sized down from our house nearby), we noticed Bergen County in general does not have a lot of high end and new apartment buildings. It was a no-brainer when we walked in and the lease was signed the next day. The finishes of the units are great and the corner unit we had was sunlit and very spacious. Finally, the building was always impeccably managed by Cathleen and her team. Truly a gem!
