New management, under Grace and Andrew, has made many improvements and fixtures that old management, Stephanie and Allison, did not take care of. For example, the security gate was broken ever since I moved in 3 years ago and the new managers fixed it Right away. Washers and dryers also kept breaking down and would go months without fixing and new management fixed the problems right away. Also when i moved in, it was a safe community to live in, and as the years went on, some pretty sketchy people began to move in. Grace and Andrew have done a pretty good job at weeding out the tenants to keep

Very very sad for such terrible new management... I hear so many neighbors complain about the new management, to be honest, Stephanie and Allison were better managers... Cutrently, The New Lady manager is unfortunately very unprofessional, not kind at all and they don't even fix the things that have work orders, takes them weeks.... All they care about is MONEY MONEY MONEY... You pay Extra to have a garage, you get only 1 parking even you have 2beds/2bath, you one and only parking is VERY FAR from your actual apartment, there is only 3 laundry rooms which is VERY TINY AND ALSO BROKEN MOST

I have lived here for year and really like this place. The management has been great, pete the maintenece guy is a real nice guy. Ive never had any safety issues, I park my car outside of the apartments everyday and its never gotten messed with, and there is always street parking. Its a quiet neighborhood and the apartments are pretty spacious. They arent the best in the world, but hey, you get what you pay for. and it was a pretty good deal.
