Freddy, the maintenance guy, is very kind and good at his job! He's attentive and is quick with his job. I always put in service requests at night and the next day he's here early in the morning ready to fix any of my concerns with the apartment.
The apartments are great with their own washer and dryer and layout. On the other hand, the office, is difficult to deal with. I could be calling 5 times a day and not once will they answer my call. But, as soon as you walk in they're all sitting there at their desks on their computers. Doing nothing. Therefore the only way you can get

The leasing staff at Torrey Pines have been so accommodating. We were very pleased with the friendly interactions over the phone and in person. They are quick to respond to calls and emails. Additionally, they make you feel right at home on a personal level and answer any questions you have. We also really enjoyed that the staff hired a food truck stop by the complex this month (Richeeze)! During this pandemic Mac and Cheese ANYTHING can certainly uplift tenants spirits.

If you like roaches, stolen packages, and feral cats, then this is the place for you. Security is a joke. During the pandemic, people's cars were getting broken into left and right, and the apartment did next to nothing to make us feel secure. I lived here for a little over two years, and I can't believe I lasted that long. At first I thought the staff was nice but as others have mentioned it has gone downhill. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance technician; he was awesome. However, it speaks to the quality of the apartments when you have to submit so many tickets

This is my last month here....As it time for a bigger home for my family. I've been here since 2018.... living here for 3 years....things were bound to breakdown and needed repairs. I just want to say that the maintenance man ( Freddy) has really made our stay here comfortable. No matter what type of service order I put in, Freddy was always on top of things, always so nice and friendly too. Often I would be told the order would be taken care of the next day....Which I thought was a good turn around time, but to my surprise alot of the time Freddy would get things done the same day . The maintenance man Freddy is a very knowledgeable and friendly maintenance man, always gets the job done right. Comes in checks out the problem and is very prompt and professional about getting the job done right! We've had a few problems in our unit and he has always come through for us. Even after hour emergencies are no problem with the maintenance department.

I currently live at Torrey Pines and have for the past 3 years. I have not had any issues living here. The manager crystal always responds when we have a concern, but one of the best things I can say about Torrey Pines is their maintenance team, especially freddy! He is always friendly, helpful, and they respond super quick when something is broken or needs fixing. Freddy is a great asset to the maintenance team! Torrey pines may not be perfect but what apartment complex is.

· The walkways are generally clean.
· They have two Fitness Centers - one for weights and the other for cardio machines
· They have an Amazon Locker
· Every apartment complex has their own pool
· Jacuzzi tubs within walking distance
· The apartment has their own WiFI and it's faster than Spectrum! My only complaint about the WiFi is you need to know the MAC address for every device. If you have a WiFI printer and don't know the MAC address you have to plug it directly into your

Just moved in this place seemed high class. No class at all here. Garbage disposal backed up on first try sprayed brown water everywhere also kitchen sink not sealed around counter and leaking. Tried to run laundry and this is what my washing machine/dryer look like. Sorry Torre Pines apts. but you really gotta step up your game.

We've been living here over a year. Excellent maintenance service and quick response to any service request. Always clean, always quiet, I have no complaints.
Sad that I have to move out of State, I enjoyed my stay here, the service was always excellent, the staff was helpful & friendly. Very safe and family oriented and conveniently located close to everything you need.

Conveniently located in West Covina by the mall, lm minutes away from all the food my heart desires.By far the best place I lived at. This was the only apartment building that has all the amenities I can think of. With large spacious living room and bathroom, with up to date appliances also washer and dryer included. The community has some of the best staff ever. Leasing office (Andrew) is extremely professional, friendly, helpful and quick to fix any issue that arises. Apartment amenities are cleaned all the time

Just move in here for 1 month.. still getting used to the quiet and suburb environment. The management team is a breeze to work with, they fix anything within a heart beat. The whole community is clean, with lots of green and they maintain them in such a good way that I don't think there needs to be any improvement. Rent is reasonable and makes me feel very safe here..
Prime location cause its just 2 blocks from Porto's. I will call it home for the next couple of years...

I did get my deposit next day after I posted on yelp.
This place has a nice surrounding, maintenance dept is quick, good location, which are good.
But when I lived here I lost one package from Amazon and I did see the picture this package was put in front of my door before I came back home. However when I back there was nothing, someone took my package and I went to front desk, but they said they cannot do anything and they don't have security camera inside. Besides this, there was one time my neighbors get fight on our aisle, they made such a big noise so we opened the door to see

There is a lack of pride and responsibility within this community, and it is sad because management tries to present a nice community. It seems like no one picks up after their pets so dog waste is an issue. The feral cat situation just adds to the problem. About half of the units are over the carports and the cars blast music at all hours. There's no insulation between up and downstairs so you will hear your neighbors. The security (currently Knowles Security) is a joke! Any time I've called, no one responded. Parking is supposedly licensed (parking passes) but many of the spaces are taken up

I started my application online which was very convenient since I work a lot. After starting it, Veanne in the front office was able to help me complete it. She kept me informed and provided me with answers when I had questions. This has been one of the smoothest rental processes I have gone through, which helped make an already stressful situation (moving) a lot easier.

I waited 2 months so that I can write about Torrey Pines and what its like living here. I believe 60-ish days is ample time for me to be able to make a good judgement call.
When we were first given a tour by Andrew, we immediately fell in love with the place. We made it a point to arrive around the time where (most) individuals were home from work so that we can see for ourselves what the apartment complex is like when most people are home. Right away we could see how quiet and clean it was. Andrew was extremely diligent about the apartments features and he laid out for us exactly what to expect

Imagine if every time you made a request it was honored. Or every time you asked a question, you received more information to help you than you asked for. And each time you needed reasonable help with your paperwork, mail, or replacing a lost item, you were treated with value. Well that is what it feels like living at Torrey Pines. All staff members there have given me the respect and courtesy that makes a resident feel welcome. They work very hard for it to go unnoticed. The apartments would not be the same without this team. I have been living at Torrey Pines now for 1 year and Overall it's been a Wonderful Experience!! with the New Management and Residents I was a bit hesitant because coming from a house to an apartment, I wasn't sure if this was the right decision. When I find out that this community offered all major appliances and washer and dryer that was the "DEAL BREAKER" for me... Everything in my apartment is up to date and I LOVE the CLOSET SPACE!!! I highly recommend this community to everyone.....

I've been living in this complex since January 2015 and it was OK, but it wasn't until the place went under new management that i fell in love with this place. First, I'll talk about the apartment itself. The two bedroom is spacious and i love the new vinyl flooring, the bedrooms are big and the closets are huge. The kitchen comes with the fridge and even a dishwasher! The rooms all have decent windows so the Apartment doesn't feel dark or cramped.
