Nice development has a pool kept up good only issue is they charge alot my brother paid between 1000 n 1200 a month for rent n fees for 1 bedroom u can rent a house cheaper then that

I need to speak to the owner/ CEO. I was given the wrong apartment.I have requested to be relocated but my request is not being honored.
Since I moved in on march 28th, 2020, I found multiple discrepancies in the apartment. I have reported it to the manager, but nothing has been done. Currently my bathroom ceiling is leaking. I have reported this over 10 times yet maintenance failed to resolved this issue. I need to speak to the corporate office as soon as possible.

Do not move here, small kitchen no cabinet space or counter space. Dated kitchen not sure what kitchens they show in photos cause i have dated brown cabinets that are falling apart. & have burn stains. My counter is old. Parking is terrible. The office doesnt care about your problems. The laundry room is dirty. Washer have mold & the office will tell you to call the company who runs the laundry. Doing wash on the weekends is horrible. & forget trying on a Sunday cause you can't load your card cause the offices is closed. The pool takes up parking for tenants who live next to it. The pool is packed

Looked at a 2 bdrm, second fl, unit. Barking dog below, sounded large. Apt was smaller than what we have now, and more expensive. Barbeque grills all over the property. Not for us.

My daughter lived in this complex for a little over a year. She loved it, it's quiet, safe, and clean, the staff are very accommodating. If something needs to be fixed they set a date and someone will be there asap.
Also, some complexes will check in to see how the apartment is being kept, I find that to be an intrusion of privacy.
Rolling Glen will not do this.

If you want to live in a place with no heat, no hot water, no working central air, no customer service AND with an increasing rent every year by an ASTRONOMICAL amount.THIS is the place for you..... if you enjoy having a suitable home for you and your family, i STRONGLY suggest running from these frauds. They will bleed you dry for a place that is barely livable

Living there was not bad but leaving there was terrible. We left without any problems and moved to DE. After living in DE for a year I moved to MN. After a year in MN I attempted to move into another apartment, which was really nice, only to be told I was flagged for owing a previous renter money. Mind you this is 2 years after having moved out of Rolling Glen. Having this be the only thing holding back my application I scrambled to call Rolling Glen who told me I owned a little over $100 for carpet cleaning. WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY NOTICE ABOUT OWING MONEY.
