I moved here 2 months. The location is nice and whatever but and i really dont have an issue with the unit or building but ill be honest. I don't know what's up but my AC DOES NOT WORK, its been 90+ degrees for 2 weeks, I'm epileptic, guess what doesnt help my seizures? Excessive exposure to HEAT, im trying to be patient but for the past 3 weeks ive been getting the same responses of "some one will be up to take a look at it", no one ever comes. Ive received the same suggestion of me "staying in my room" because my bedroom but guess what? The ac in there doesnt work well either, and theres a god

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone!!!!👎👎👎
The houses are old and have poor heat and noise insulation. 😩 The windows have one glass and an aluminum frame. It is very cold in winter and noise from the street passes.😖
When we lived there, we got 7 mice trapped!!! 🐀🐀Also bed bugs, wood lice and cockroaches🐜🐜. My child was bitten by bedbugs at night. The ceilings creak in the apartment when the neighbors walk from above, it is not possible to sleep at night. We waited a year until the lease expired - it was terrible. I give this place one star. Wouldn't recommend

First of all, Amanda, property manager is a lovely person. Her friendly demeanor and eagerness to help is an asset to your establishment.
I’ve had a few situations that couldn’t get resolved. As soon as Amanda started managing the complex, things started to get done.
I am happy she has the expertise that is so important in this business. She is knowledgeable on building repairs and makes it a pleasant, no nonsense place to live.

If I can give 0 stars I would... Moved here 01/2018. Pictures to prove it!! Today 08/03/2018 the CABINET OVER THE STOVE FELL ONTO OUR 13 YEAR OLD DAUGHTERSHEAD AND HAND TODAY WHILE SHE WAS OPENING THE OVEN DOOR!!! The work is done here too quick and very sloppy. We moved in January 2018. I’ve seen so much since I been here. Roaches - that I had to get rid of myself. Mice 🐁 are everywhere. We are infested with mice. We had at lease 4 on a mouse trap. The office is helpful, but other than that the rest of the complaints are totally valid. The lot is a mess because of everyone being ignorant and stupid, there's definitely bugs, there are major issues with the noise and tenants doing whatever they please. If it weren't for the horrible people living there, the place wouldn't be as bad. Also, for the year I lived there I had the WORST roommate and the pool wasn't even usable. Be very careful, but if you can't afford much else, this place will do in a pinch.

This apartment has poor ventilation, mold, parking is horrendous they couldn't even get the lines right and a whole lot of issues to list here. Bottom line if you are under budget move here if not go somewhere else better! However, I like the staff they are very nice and try to help as much as they can. The owners are here to blame they need to upgrade these lousy apartments!!!!!
