Naamans Village Apartments

We have been living here for 2-years. We felt TOO TERRIBLE!! The condition is really bad and maintenance service is always delay not ASAP. The leasing manger’s attitude is SO BAD and ARROGANT!! Never treat you like a resident. One last thing, the agreement is not precise and so confusing. Every time when you have an issue, they just kick ball back and forth.

I DONT UNDERSTAND THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS. THIS PLACE IS LOVELY. MY FAMILY AND I LOVE BEING HERE CONSIDERING WHERE WE CAME FROM IM VERY GREATFUL.

I used to be a resident at 775-11 for about 13 months and then I moved to a place closer to work. Overall, I am very satisfied with the maintenance team and management. The apartments are very spacious (1bhk+den) with a reasonable rent and all equipments are new. Would highly recommend this place!

I have been in this apartment for 7 years. I appreciate the maintenance team. Very professional and helpful any time of the day. I liked the previous management. Very friendly and understanding. I feel it is time to leave now. I asked for carpet change after 7 years and I was told only during the month of renewal. I asked at list for carpet cleaning which was turned down. Increasing the rent every year with out any cap is the other problem. It is going to push me out because it feels like a punishment to stay longer when I am expected to pay more than the newer tenants. Where is loyalty appreciation

Naamans Village was a great place to live until they hired a new property manager. She makes residents feel unwelcome. She gives everyone a hard time. I do not recommend anyone living here while she is the manager. She is very unprofessional. Once she was hired she never formally introduced herself. Prior managers accepted packages into the office if the residents were not home. She quickly ended this.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this community and staff. Maintenance is extremely fast and reliable and community manager is always helpful and professional. The apartment is roomy I love the upgrades I’m my apartment. Keep up the good work!

I used to stay in 773-12, the staffs are very helpful and maintenance guys are very good... apartment is well maintained. Overall I enjoyed staying here.

Spent a little over 2 year living here. Management is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds very quickly and fixes everything properly. Pool and fitness center are very nice. Very quiet other than hearing my neighbor above walking around, but that's apartment life. Parking is never a problem. Have a nice upgraded one bedroom apartment with den. Newer air conditioners in bedroom and living room, plenty of outlets and fairly new dish washer and microwave. Not sure about all the negative reviews, bit this has been the best apartment complex I've lived in during the 13 years I've been living

I'm really shocked to read all the negative reviews. I enjoyed my stay here. Rent was reasonable considering all the amenities that were included. I rented an 800 square feet one bedroom apartment that included a den which was pretty sizable. I loved my unit. Amenities included a free pool, walk-in closets, a fitness room and free heat generated by gas not electric (which is a feature that many apartment complexes don't offer anymore). Also, all utilities were included except electric (which apartment complexes rarely offer anymore either, especially in Pennsylvania). This apartment complex really
