Did a great job found all types of issues that I had miss definitely worth the money. John was very thorough, experienced, methodical in his inspection highly recommend! Also, John has inspected a total of three homes for my family in the last 8 years and he definitely caught the majority of the problems we had with all the homes.

John inspected multiple homes before I made my first home purchase in 2006. All these years later I remembered him and kept his contact info. Just used him again for our recent home purchase. Another stellar experience! Thorough, accurate, informative. He's just not allowed near the house we're about to sell. Shhh! :D Recommended without hesitation!

I have recommended John to clients for over 10 years and have never had one complaint from any buyer. In fact, he was out of town once about 2 years ago and I had to ask other agents for recommendations. Everything was fine and the buyer was happy with the inspection, but the sale fell through for other reasons. By the time we had another house under contract, John was back and the other inspector was not available, so my buyer hired John. After the inspection he called me and said that now he saw how much the other inspector missed and he is only using John from now on. Recently at an inspection

John was recommended highly by several folks in our neighborhood, and our first phone call with him showed us that he was the right inspector for us. We wanted to attend the inspection to understand as much as we could about existing and potential issues with the house we were under contract for - turns out, this is his strong recommendation anyways! We got to the property on inspection day 15 minutes early and he was already there making notes. We spent the next several hours going through every area of the home and pool in a very structured fashion. He answered our questions and discussed issues

While Mr. Badger may have provided adequate home inspection services to other clients in the past, this was certainly not our experience. The numerous oversights he made during our home inspection will cost tens of thousands of dollars for us to fix. These include, not inspecting the washer/dryer area at all. This meant that he missed mold, rotted walls and floors, an electrical outlet that fell out of the wall and a dryer vent that did not vent outside. He also missed ductwork from our HVAC system that was completely disconnected from the furnace, a gas pipe that fell on one of our ducts and large

John W. Badger, president of Fidelity Home Inspections is surprisingly unprofessional and rude. We own several properties in the area and we were referred to him as a possible choice for a home inspection. As soon as I politely said "hello", John Badger went on a surprising rant, yelled at me and hung up. I called back imagining that there must have been some mistake and surprisingly, all John Badger did was yell. He then put us on speaker phone yell some more rude obscenities and hung up again. We have never heard of John before; this is our first and only experience with him and his company,
