Peach State Home Inspections is among the first Inspection services that can provide professional drone inspections for customers. Peach State Home Inspections has begun charging a flat rate for $375 per residential property inspection for a single-family dwelling up to 5000 square feet. Note: If a scheduled appointment is cancelled there is a cancellation fee of $150. If a scheduled appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be responsible for the full fee.
When you book an appointment your appointment is reserved pending approval. When you submit your payment online through the secure Stripe portal, we are notified of payment and will approve the booking. Once the transaction goes through your appointment is confirmed. It's that easy! You can expect your inspection report to be issued the same day as the inspection and you can be present or not for the inspection - whatever your preference.

I was able to meet Hitch towards the end of his inspection of our potential home. He was very professional and explained a few of his findings in detail while I was there. He provided the full report a few hours after the inspection which was very nice. He was also available later in the evening as he took a phone call to answer a few questions my wife and I had for him. We have had horrible experiences in recently selling our home regarding customer service and attentiveness, but Hitch was a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to do business with as we progress in our home buying journey.

I highly, recommend Peach State Home Inspections. Hitch was absolutely wonderful! When I spoke with Hitch his proffer was really nice. He stated the reliability, and fast turnaround for a report we needed done quickly that we could expect from doing business with him as well as his pricing and process. He explained how he does one inspection per day in order to not be rushed and be extremely attentive and focused on being thorough. My Dad used Peach State Home Inspections to inspect a home he and my Mom are considering. He cannot say enough about how responsive and professional Hitch was as he needed the inspection in a hurry.
