Services
We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.
As a leasing consultant for Midtown Square Apartments, it is my job to answer your questions and help guide you through the leasing experience. I have been lucky to live in a
Somewhat quiet building. My friends have issues in there buildings. Safety has never been a concern. However keeping managers in office is so therefor nothing gets done. I have lived here for 4 years the pool has never been open!!!! Don’t move here if you think that is a awesome selling point for your family. Every year they fail the inspection and it never gets open. This year with Wendy things started to look better, however she’s no longer with the company and here we are again it’s august 3 no pool no answers.!!!! Other then that you get what you pay for

Do not rent here! Seriously worst place I've lived at. Ghetto halls are dirty. All type of bugs In apartments no matter how clean you are the halls are infested with bugs the lights are always going out. The washroom is in the dirty run down basement with one washer and one dryer for the whole building would not recommend. Maintenance is rude and ghetto they half fix things. Calls don't get returned save yourself and rent elsewhere

Jodee was so helpful. She is so down to earth yet professional. My mind was in 20 different places and she was patient while I had to refocus and made the apt hunt very do able. She was upfront and honest which was helpful. I have had people be very courteous yet not be able to explain the process well to me. She definitely helped take a lot of stress out of the equation. Nice quiet community with great amenities.

We have lived here about a year and have always been treated very well. We have every complaint answered right away and fixed right away. The office staff has usually delivered any packages or boxes from the mailman to our apartment instead of making us come and get them. My husband is in a wheelchair and I work alot of hours so it would be difficult to pick them up myself and I didn't have to ask, they just did it. Most of the time I don't hear anyone else and have had no trouble with anyone. I have even called them once to go and check on him because I couldn't reach him by phone and was worried

I lived here when I was a young child in the early 90s, back when it was Forest Wayne Apartments. This place holds so many memories for me. I'm planning a move back to that area in the next several years and I can't wait to see what they have to offer. The giant basement with laundry and storage was fun for roller skating back when we didn't have a way to the skating rink. That's probably not actually allowed.

This place is horrible. They don't keep the buildings clean. I lived here years ago when they were call Wayne Forest Apartments back then the hallways were clean every week, they are lucky if the halls are cleaned once a month. The office is always closed and complaints about the cleanliness go unanswered even when the complaint goes to Corporate. Don't waste your time or money this place is nasty. My relatives have lived here over 10 years the rent goes up every year and no updates are being made to the interior or exterior and there is new management every year and the condition of

This place is infested with mice! Beware. I tried to give them time to fix the issue, but they kept telling me to just buy traps. I would hear scratching in the walls and they wouldn't send an exterminator until I paid my rent. He said he didn't see any. I caught 4 and maintenance caught 3. And there were two when I got home from work one night.
