We loved living at Fairway! Management is incredible. Rachel is the best! Everyone else is wonderful to work with and maintenance is always friendly and took good care of us. We had specific smoke free needs and even though the community is not smoke free, Rachel helped make sure we had an apartments in a smoke free building and was so willing to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone we interacted with in the community were so kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this community for anyone!

Staying here for over 5 years now. Never had an issue here. Maintenance is available 24x7 and are quick responding to issues. The staff here is like a family and make all the residents feel welcome. Rachel from the leasing office is the best rental manager I have ever dealt with. They management here is very considerate towards the residents and making sure that everything is okay.

Have resided at FC Apts for over 10 years, the first 7 were pretty good but the last 3 not so much! The site was acquired by Legacy and since then the corporate management has ignored the residents. One case in point is that once Legacy acquired the property Canton twp. officials required multiple safety updates to the property to which was done but to the cheapest standards. The buildings are old. The construction was old. If you're a non smoker, forget it! The smoke drifts from one space to the other especially from the first floors up to the second floor through the wall's electrical outlets

What a wonderful place to live! For the Canton area the prices were fantastic! Rachel and the maintenance team were always so kind, you could really tell they genuinely care about residents! They knew everyone by name which is rare nowadays! Also there was always at the very least a 24 hour notice for any scheduled maintenance, and in the event they needed to enter your apartment on short notice they always called first! The parties for residents were always so fun! The community garden was an awesome addition! My husband and I very much appreciated all that this apartment complex had to offer

As someone who has lived in multiple apartment complexes, I can say with some authority that Fairway Club is superior to most after living there for over two years. Bedbug, noise, and maintenance issues are non-existent, and the rent is fairly reasonable. I only wish that the kitchens had more storage room.

Good experiences but Im only giving 4 stars because of the lack of security on entrance doors, no washer & dryer in units, and no extra storage in the building. I don't believe they should raise the rent so often until they provide more amenities though. I do like that the grounds and buildings are maintained year around, covered parking, and great management and maintenance team.
