Do not move here their maintence is as bad as it get they cant fix anything I have put in many requests to get a water leak fixed sense September and everytime the maintence guy will come out and take a look say he will be back and not come back and ill get a notification that the work is done but it will still be leaking and if you submit another claim they will just cancel it they are just the most horrible people to deal with and when you are done with all there B.S. and ready to break your lease get ready to go broke you need to give them a 30 day notice and 4 months rent as a fine recommend

I gave three stars because I currently work at Amazon across the street from these apartments. The placement and guarantee I get from making it to work on time is amazing and my stay here has been amazing. The only thing that I have an issue with is the fact that to every complex, there’s only two washers and two dryers instead of it being a multitude. Irresponsible tenants have countless times broken the latch off of one of the washers or messed it up to the point where molded water just sits in it and stinks because I’m convinced I’m the only person that calls maintenance to come fix it

Horrible! Management is horrible,Trash always on the ground, maintenance only comes when your not home, and still can’t fix anything, just rig it! Water, sewage and trash removal is a separate bill. $30 rent hicks a month before your lease is up but you have to give them two months notice when you move out! $10 convenience fee to pay your rent, unless you pay online and give them access to your bank account, and will take out money without notice”you paid rent on the first! Your on time so here’s a convenience fee” $30 fee if you pay with debit or credit! Lawyer up, your gonna need it if
