I use massage to bring healing to overworked muscle, muscle injury, or general muscle tightness and discomfort, using a combination of shiatsu, deep-tissue/sports, Swedish, and myofascial release techniques. I also offer chair massage. I am a Lisenced Massage Therapist (LMT) and an Identified National Provider, so many insurance plans cover my massage services.
As people age, they may start to lose strength and balance, which affects their ability to enjoy everyday life. I offer modified yoga and cardio dance classes to help mature people achieve mobility and balance. Depending on the group, classes can be in a chair, at a wall, involve stronger cardio, or include ballet or "era" dance steps, such as Box Step, The Stroll, or Charleston.

Services
What is the difference between Eastern and Western massage? In the U.S., most people seek out deep tissue, Swedish or relaxation massages. These types of Western massages work the muscles, using circular movements and kneading to promote healing and relaxation. Eastern massage, on the other hand, is focused on restoring optimal energy flow throughout the body.

Our company contracted Enrique on 3 occasions. Two of them were total disasters because of his lack of professionalism.
His 2nd appointment he no only showed up late, but gave no warning he was going to be lat - as stipulated in the service level agreement in his contract -- making the clients very unhappy and resulting in a discount for the services provided.
His 3rd appointment -- a multi hour chair massage event for a corporate client -- he did not show up as scheduled nor did he return any phone calls for over an hour. When he finally did answer his phone, he claimed he had locked his keys
