Don't ever rent here they allowed somebody thet didn't even live there to come and cause trouble they even stood by and left the doors open to all gate even after somebody came and shot at an apt. Not only once but twice back to back nights and did nothing to protect their residents worst place to live ever

There is apparently a curfew for no walking around after 10 but people do it anyways and like to do fireworks until 3 in the morning after the 4th of july is over and also like to have loud music playing until 3am. Some people have jobs to get up early for in the morning and also have infants that are sleeping and get woken up because ignorant people want to do fireworks and play music until they feel the need to shut everything down.
Also have roaches in the apartments and dishwashers dont work and sometimes the stove stops working.

I just want to say that Maria and her assistant are doing a wonderful Job Maria does care about the residents and does everything possible to rectify any issues that may occur,I feel she is the best Manager this property as had.. Let me just address some of the prior complaints.
I have lived in very expensive senior apartments before,a lot newer than these and you still have things break down and you still have pest issues.
The termite issue was addressed (Right Away)HERE.... Even newer properties can have termite issues and even much newer properties can also have mold issues.

Lived here for two years because it was the only place I could afford at the time. Thankfully I just recently moved out. This place was not great. I don't know who posted those pictures but my fridge did not look like that and it leaked bad to the point where there was a puddle of water on our kitchen floor and one of our kids sprained their ankle one morning after waking up and slipping while trying to get a drink of water. We've requested maintenance and they claimed they fixed it while we were at work but I know it's a lie. Second time we requested maintenance and before "fixing it" they took
