I had the worst experience living in these apartments everything was going smooth at first, mind you we the gates stayed open 24/7 and no security but about 5 months of me living there some strange guys broke into my place while I was in my bed sleeping they destroyed my entire place with this being my very first apartment and me being so young I filled a police report and I left immediately I was so scared for my life and I had no clue who these guys where and if they would come back few days late I was calling the leasing office trying to inform them that I was leaving no answer no call back

I frequently visit a friend who lives in the apartments and the property is not maintained. Although there are renovations in progress there is a serious health concern regarding the way property is left. There are a lot of dog owners on the property but there is no designated area for doggie waste. Therefore make the property a active land mine field for dog waste. Also the trash is regularly ran over and often a hefty amount of overflowing trash around the dumpster. And it’s almost impossible to reach anyone in the office by phone

I usually do not write reviews but this made me upset... So I applied here about 1 week ago and the assistant manager Jeanette never reached out to me to give me status on approval. I kept calling and I was always on hold or not paid any attention to. I'm a pretty understanding person but I needed a place to live so this made me feel that they do not prioritize their applications/leases. I understand that they are under remodeling but an answer would've been appreciated. I emailed her many times asking what else she needed and never got a response. I also work at leasing apartments so I know how

Just moved in almost a month ago and I’m on section 8 the roaches and mice are about to make me leave the section 8 I’m 50 years old and never had to deal with mice nor roaches 1 year s all I can give them and the racy part I was going to stay a couple of years I asked them to cover the hole were the mice was coming in no one never showed up I’m not going to even up pack cause all the roaches I moved across state when they fail the apartment the first time that was the key right there but I’ll be out soon 😡😡😡

The worst apartment complex experience we have ever had. PICTURES POSTED on Google profile. Unsanitary, unsafe, and unresponsive management/maintenance. We had to move out due to this apartment being an unsafe place for our family. We had ENOUGH of dealing with unresolved issues. Our plumbing had other tenant's sewage coming up through our toilets and bathtub during COVID. I couldn't cook or wash my dishes regularly because the sinks were always backed up from plumbing issues and the dishwasher leaked into the living room area. Trash was constantly overflowing the dumpsters

Terrible terrible apartments. Don't ever move in here. There's bugs and mold, and terrible communication between the office and the residents.
My lease was up and even though I had communicated to them that I was not renewing my lease, they still have the audacity to tell me, the day of that I'm still going to have to pay for two more months because it wasn't in writing. When I had that conversation with them months ago about how I wasn't going to renew, they should've communicated that to me.
So now I have yo pay for two months I'm not even living there in the middle of a pandemic where I could

I currently live here, and haven’t had any issues with these apartments. Every time I request an issue it always gets done correctly within two days. I lived here for about a year so far and really no complaints. Office staff is always friendly and helpful anytime I deal with them. I don’t have any roaches issues. I will see a couple here and there but nothing extreme. There’s always parking, and pretty much everyone keeps to themselves.

I’ve been here for two years and always payed my rent I was never late and thank god I’ve been working so hard to purchase a home finally I am in the process of purchasing and down to my last step so I can pay the down payment and get the keys to my home, my loan officer is needing a verification of rent I am currently paying month-to-month rent… and I’ve been asking them to please fill it out for me and send it back to my loan officer. the first day I asked them, they told me that their copy machine was down then they told me also that’s because it is no longer casa

Good apartments but unfortunately I know that we are in a pandemic but they should improve the service for repairs that is why I give it 1 stars I am calling from Friday 8/28/2020 to repair an air conditioning leak in the entire bathroom and only take the order and they do not repair this is my # 2818180785 i live at 3500 red bluff apt # 148 I have… to turn off the air so as not to drown in water , of that today I paid my rent in these conditions, someone from that office who calls me or if they want I will publish the photos I work most of the day I'll be at lunch at 12:15. Call me😡

I've been here for 3 years. My best advice is if you are willing to put your own money and fix the issues with the apartments yourself move in. If NOT don't bother moving in. Management does not fix issues, closes tickets without fixing anything. Refuses to provide the bare minimum essentials, like a fire extinguisher. We've been waiting since FEB here we are in June and still nothing. Its a vicious circle.

They won't fix ac problems even after telling them multiple times it's broken. they will just tell it's normal for your apartment to be 75 all day and night when set to 69. Because when they go home their ac is 78 so it's normal to be warm....wrong. when lifting building there are cracks in our walls, separation on some parts of floor and wall joints, and counter broke just help up by dishwasher. also no outlet plug in bathroom.
