I live here they don't care I went to the office day after Thanksgiving to report someone banging on my door and yelling like crazy saying that they were bieng abused. I had to call police. The office just looked at me and said absolutely nothing. Just a blank stare. And I reported my stove today was leaking both myself and my husband had gotten sick she just said ok I will send someone to fix it. But I told her my husband disconnected it. And asked her if they can tell me what time will they be coming she would not give me an answer. So I told her then do it for tomorrow.she said ok. But

My daughter and I were looking for an apartment for her, she's 21 and this is her first time living on her own. We were told she would only be paying $688 move in special for a year, water and gas included and all we had to do was get the light on our own..: mind u not Valerie from the RED PINE location on Redbluff in Pasadena Tx said $688 bills paid EXCEPT light. Now they want to say it's $688 plus water and gas is separate. BS from their part because I specifically asked was $688 included gas and water and she told me yes. I'm so glad I went with my daughter. I can't stand

Me and my fiancé just moved to Pasadena from Brownsville and our two bedroom is so nice and spacious. I am loving the renovations in my apartment and the parking right behind my patio. Not to mention how nice the ladies in the office were with helping us apply and getting us all moved in , in such a quick time frame. Needless to say , we are very content!

Horrible place it's basically a bait and switch!! When you come in they say you will have the basics which are dishwashers and pools and guess what!?! you are going to get a roach infested apartment with an old non working AC, a non working stove and a non working toilet!! Not to mention the rent is ridiculous for not even getting what you initially asked for. They will lie to you to get you in and as soon as you sign that lease your screwed!! Don't make the same mistake I did and go somewhere else!!

We didn't even move in this place it is trash ! The pictures you see is not what you get beside the light fixtures black mold ! Half the stove works the refrigerator doesn't work it smells ! The front window is still broken and they still rented the apartment. The pool doesn't even work it's half drained and water is green I strongly recommend you walk the property and see for yourself!

I've lived here for 3 years I have had nothing but problems I'm moving out tomorrow because enough is enough by far the WORST place I've ever lived. Bugs are a HUGE problem here they do not fix ANYTHING my AC goes out all the time I have 2 children who are both autistic and we always hear gunshots I'm afraid to even go outside. My kids don't like it here the management is very judgemental. The name is Jose Martinez.There is a new management team. They are very professional. Will always greet you with a smile, at least to my experience. Outside personnel is always at work. Rather it’s cutting grass, remodeling empty apartments or fixing issues. So far I’ve been living here a year and a half and it has been pretty quiet around here. Neighbors stick to themselves and respect each other. The price is fair! One of the main reasons why I renewed my contract is affordability. If everything stays the same I might renew when me lease is up again.

I moved in and within a month or two, and the management company changed. I’ve requested certain things to be fixed took forever and my window in the kitchen leaks everytime it rains. It’s been more than a month and they tell me management has put a hold on it, and they tell me that other stuff is more important right now. I told them I’m not repairing any water damage and I have waited three weeks for an exterminator and I finally got him. I’ve called to be scheduled but they either don’t put me on nor put me on the right week. Plus the roach problem is bad and the exterminator barely

Sheez I don't love here but from reading ABC13.com article. Not being able to repair an ac/heating system since January. There is not come back excuse from that. Either fire the maintenance crew or the managers or both. You have tenants families children living there with no doors or ac or who knows what else. That's ridiculous and the rent is probably not so expensive but that still does not mean to not give them excellent resident services. As a property manager id make it my number one goal to get these tenants on track and happy!!! The property replies are hideous and seems like an

The office team was super wonderful and very patient during my relocating to the area from Conroe. Management was great at communicating! They stayed open late so I could officially sign my lease when I was caught in traffic. The unit looks dashing! And there was no wait at all during the maintenance request for the patio door. It's a quiet community and the neighbors are very sweet. I was really satisfied with how at home you feel when speaking to anyone in the office and how quickly the unit was ready for move in. My only complaint is the distance between my unit and the designated visitor
