Lee came out and performed a preclosing inspection on our new construction home and we were very happy with his services. Lee Boyd is an amazing and thorough inspector. He is helpful, knowledgeable, professional and reliable. His website is easy to navigate and his response time is swift. He completed our inspection report promptly. He took his time to go through the home during the inspection and explained in detail to us, anything he found during the inspection once he finished fine combing through the home. He got our written report to us promptly.. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know that is selling or buying a home, he is well worth the money and peace of mind.

Being new to the area, we went with the home inspector that our realtor recommended. It ended up being a less than pleasing experience, so much so that I researched around for another inspector. I am so glad to have found Mr. Boyd. He was able to come to the home on short notice and on a Saturday! He was friendly, professional and just an easy going gentleman who was happy to work for us. On top of that he took his time to inspect every inch (within limits) of the home and explain his findings in detail. His experience as a licensed contractor is an added bonus. Very professional and thorough inspection of our new home. Lee was even kind enough to help weeks after the inspection with recommendations for specific HVAC an roofing contractors to complete some of the needed repairs.
Lee reviewed his findings in person before leaving and sent the final electronic copy that same evening. Lee ended up saving us almost $2000 in repairs by having evidence to get the seller to pay for some of the big repair items.
