Dan Swanson was professional, showed me and highlighted pictures and any concerns about my home while using an IPAD. Language was clear and concise. Photos had circles or highlighted or color coated for easy reference. He wore booties in the home as well as a mask due to Covid and the inclement weather in North Carolina. . I would definitely refer anyone. Knew to his company and to ask for Dan specifically. He took time with me and made Suggestions about what needed to be completed first. He made excellent recommendations on what could wait and what could not wait.

This home inspection was extremely detailed. I was very impressed. The home is very small but Josh did an amazing job of finding every small issue that needed attention as a buyer. I would absolutely use Josh again for future inspections. Assurance was quick to send me information on the inspection and had it scheduled immediately. The format they used to send the report was easy to use and the report was detailed in format with very clear pictures and detailed reports. Highly recommend for home inspections.

Although this appointment was set up through my realtor, it was a pleasure to meet Ryan and he gave me a clear understanding of how my townhome was looking and provided his recommendations. His written report was emailed to me within a few hours after the completion of the inspection and was very thorough with great photos and commentary. Overall, a very positive experience.

Assurance Home Inspections was easy to work with. I was able to set up an appointment online, but I had some questions and there was always someone to answer the phone when I called. They seemed well-organized. Our inspector, Dan, was very thorough and produced a comprehensive report the same evening. We appreciated all the photos in the report, and particularly a small video that was included which clearly explained the location of a small gas leak.
