I’ve stayed at a lot of places, but this was the worst. The only reason we booked a room here was due to the exorbitant prices in the whole area. They are extremely dishonest and have really poor room conditions. The rooms are tiny and the mattresses were too soft. They gave us a rickety dirty fold out bed for my son that took up the whole rest of the room. The Wi-Fi was down the entire time. I met up with my husband and almost immediately asked that we stay someplace else. I wasn’t willing to pay to sleep 2 nights in a cramped dated room that would cause my back to go out.

I lived at the Apple Tree for 10 months, and the staff is amazing-- housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk always work so hard and have the best attitude. The owners are so respectful and considerate as well! 10/10 experience, whenever I come back to Spokane I will be seeking a room with these folks. The location is prime, on a bus line and nestled within a bunch of restaurants and grocery stores, with a dispensary a block away. Love you, Apple Tree! Thank you for taking such good care of me

We arrived at 2:55 check in is at 3:00 didn't get to my room tell 5:00 because they said it was being cleaned . When we got on the room finally it had mold all over above the shower on the celling . Then i got my deposit back they had taken $20 dollars off because of cracker crumbs on the floor a vacuum would of easily picked up so no extra work for them since it's supposed to be anyways, I'm extremely annoyed about especially since I waited two hours after check in time to get my room .

I chose this motel entirely on price.
The first room I was assigned had an odor of smoking, but the front desk was able to place me into a new room immediately. The new room had burnt smells as well, but I'm pretty sure it was just the electric heater.
The breakfast is picked up in the front office. You're allowed a choice of fruit and muffins which on employee will place in a paper bag to bring to your room. This seems normal COVID protocol these days.
I wouldn't recommend if your looking for a 'Hilton' experience, but if your primary concern is cost this may be your best option.
