I ended up in a snafu where I was dropped off at the wrong hotel. It was late out and I needed assistance. The grand hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience was 5 star and I arrived safely at my correct davenport hotel. All staff was very accommodating and excellent. The man at the front desk and the security guard were very professional and helpful.

WOW. We stopped here to fly out of spokane back to home the next morning and we were super impressed with the hotel. We didn't want a cheapy hotel, we had spent quite a bit of money on nice rooms throughout our trip so just wanted a nice place to crash. It ended up being our favorite hotel room of the whole trip! Great prices, we got a standard king room and didnt want to leave. The bed was SO comfortable, and the room was very romantic. The shower was relaxing and luxurious, the bathroom was private and comfortable. We will definitely be back!!!

Stayed here for a night to attend a wedding. Great room. The room was very clean with plenty of room for a group to get ready for a wedding. Also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. I went with eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, and fruit. Very good and tasty. Would recommend having breakfast there. Plenty of parking at the hotel that's connected to the lobby. There's a park across the street along with the convention center right across the street. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel also.

Quick check in. The is the first hotel that I have ever had L'occitane beauty products. What a perk. The room was beautiful and attached to the convention center. The lightning in the room was a work of genius. The UUA works with the hotel for recycling cans in each hotel room and assist the efforts to donate extra food to the homeless. The gift shop, sells L'occtaine products that I think were at market price. I will be back.
