Very nice hotel! Rooms are modern & clean. Right on River Front Walk in downtown so you can head out on a morning walk or run & get your exercise. River is beautiful with fall leaves turning! Breakfast included & it's a full breakfast something for everyone: Eggs, country potatoes, sausage, fresh fruit, yougurt, cereal, granola, make your own toast, pastries, very good coffee!, tea & juice!
Staff welcoming but not overly chatty. Pool, spa & gym along with business center. We will definately stay here again! Highly recommend.

We stay in Spokane a lot and this is one of our favorite hotels. We have four kids and their rooms are big and spacious enough for our six people family. Free parking, clean rooms, and friendly service. They have a really nice breakfast for free! I have always gotten great friendly service as well. I would recommend to anyone!

Overall: Decent hotel with good location. Expensive for a 3-star hotel experience.

Dislikes
- Shower/tub is small and loud.
- Hot tub jets were not working

- No housekeeping
- Did not stock the rooms with sufficient toilet paper and towels, have to personally request it

This was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. They have some nice additions like a managers reception, fancy water in the lobby etc. None of that matters if you can't sleep or relax because of the noise from the lobby, elevator and adjoining rooms. I've slept better at $80 freeway motels. Such a bummer for the $340 + tax spent here.

Super friendly staff! Very helpful in answering questions and responding to requests. We stayed in a river view suite! Fabulous! Very spacious. Two TVs and a large bathroom! The view from the balcony was… wonderful! They have a hot breakfast every morning. And there is a managers reception at night. But note, in order to participate you have to book directly with the hotel! Definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel is in a very accessible location, right off I90, but also in a quiet spot. The staff were friendly and receptive to requests. The breakfast was awesome. The place was busy, but I didn't have much noise to interrupt my stay. Only negative is the "park at your own risk" signs everywhere. Where am I supposed to park that I shouldn't have to worry about my vehicle? We didn't have any break-ins, but the signs definitely made me nervous. If I go through Spokane again though I'd stay here.

Dirty. None of the surfaces were wiped down. The tables were sticky with hair, drink rings, and crumbs. The toilet looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. I booked this hotel over the Davenport based on… their website and how they had “enhanced” cleaning measures. I ended up using Clorox wipes and cleaning the room myself. Disappointing.

I love this hotel we always stay at The Oxford whenever we visit Spokane. The location is perfect, so close to the river front park and town. They really keep this property clean and the complimentary breakfast is so good This establishment is also pet and family friendly and finally the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

I traveled to Spokane over the weekend and chose to stay at the Oxford Suites in downtown Spokane, WA. I want thank you all the staff because of the great job you all do. This is a very friendly, spacious, clean and beautiful place to stay. If you visit Spokane I recommend for you to try Oxford Suites. Great food, nice size swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. These people are just terrific!

We arrived to celebrate our 17th anniversary. We picked Oxford Suites for its location and the breakfasts and food in the evening. We wanted to stretch our money. While the room was lovely and the front desk accommodating the food was a major disappointment.
The main dining room is undergoing remodeling and isn't serving hot food. The breakfast consisted of cereal, pastries (tiny and chewy) and bagels (no toaster)! The coffee was included although the creamer was in the hall outside.
The evening meal was salad with limited toppings and creamy soups. A variety of drinks were also served

The pool and the restaurant were closed during our stay and we didn't get an email until the night before we were arriving. The Continental breakfast was terrible! We paid for the 1 bedroom suite with 3 beds that slept 6 and there was 4 coffee cups and 2 coffees and creamers. Dont spend the money they charge. To stay here. 2 star hotel charging 4 star rates.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I stayed here several weeks over the summer. The staff is freakin awesome. There were a couple of times the rate was higher than my company allowed and one of the managers worked with me.
Pros: free parking (rare in Downtown Spokane), free tasty breakfast (hot breakfast), two free drink coupons per night, comfy beds, nice smelling hotel soaps/shampoos, close to lots of restaurants, small but decent gym. Perhaps best of all is the location along the waterfront. You literally step out and you are on the walking path right on the waterfront. It is literally so beautiful

I've been looking for a "go to" place to stay when I come to town on business. So far, I've been to Residence Inn and Davenport Towers. I enjoyed my stay at Oxford, quiet room, and a fabulous bed with extremely comfortable pillows. The bathroom is a little on the small side, and the TV a little quirky, but the breakfast is very decent, plus 2 free adult beverages on your first night. I think I may have found my "go to" place to stay. Staff is great! Location is great! Right on the Spokane River.

The Oxford Suites in downtown Spokane on the Spokane River is a study in contradiction. It hits it out of the park is some areas but fails completely in others, particularly for those guests seeking an upmarket experience.
I booked our room, a River View King Suite, directly through the hotel's website. That's important because, when we arrived, we found the hotel was being remodeled. The website had made no mention of that. In my estimation, it should have.
But a small matter, as the workday ended well before the evening hours.
The Good: Every staff member with whom we interacted

A mixed bag but overall not a place I'd be excited to return to.
Sound from adjoining rooms and hallways was worse here than most places I've been. There's also some background ambient noise from their HVAC system that can drive one mad. It sounds a bit like muffled music coming from a few floors away, hovering in the background just barely discernible.
The beds were nice, firm but cushy. Overall, there wasn't nearly enough furniture in the room given the size, and what they did have was cheap, flimsy or akward. The two easy chairs were huge and dominated the room. They were
