I took my great grandmother’s earring for repair not only did they do an excellent job, I’m very picky with my heirlooms they were very careful and laser cleaned them and they look brand new. Totally recommend these lovely genuine establishment.

I've lived in this town for over 50 years. I have been weary about Jewelry stores and have been to almost every one in this town looking for one that I could really trust. Nacol's is it! You can go and compare prices, stock, quality and service for yourself if you want. You will spend days or weeks, and you still won't be convinced you checked them all (I did say, 'almost' every store!). I discovered these guys 20 years ago. To this day, I still find them superior to all the others (Yes, I still look around at times. I can't help it!)

I came here to have a ring resized based on the positive reviews I read here. When I arrived, they were very friendly and happy to work with me and sized my finger, telling me they would call within a week. It was ready the next day! Wonderful! That cost $60. However, it was quite snug and uncomfortable.

I wore it for a day and came back, telling them I'd like to have it looser. At this point, the manager argued that it was in fact correctly sized. She wouldn't listen when I told her about the discomfort and difficulty removing the ring. I left and returned later after deciding that
