Met Brenda by chance at an open house. This woman really worked hard to win my business. Best experience I could have asked for. She did not know that I had 2 other agents competing against her for my business. She beat them hands down by a very large margin. We must have visited 50+ houses in person and another 100 virtually. Brenda was polite and professional always. If she ever was frustrated with me I never saw it.

We were moving from out of state and not always able to be local to look at houses in person. Raquel did an amazing job helping us- doing FaceTime tours and really going over every detail of the house. She is a true local and it showed. She knows the area and really steered us in the right direction- vetoing areas she felt weren’t right for us. In a market this hot and things moving quick- Raquel was always available and very quick to respond. The office also has many connections when it comes to post purchase needs and that has helped as well.

Warning to all - Totally unprofessional Team. I chose not list my home and called Robert to take down the listing, he refused. I am now taking them to court after talking with my Lawyer. Beware and do your homework before reading the hype on how family oriented these people claim to be. This is not a trusted firm in my opinion. This is not ethical and they feel they are hurting people if they choose to go another route. There are alot of good firms, but this is not one of those. I recommend to run and don't look back.

Just bought a home using the Robert and Christy team. My agent Raquel was excellent. I was in a time crunch and Raquel went about and beyond to help me find a home. Selling our house that we lived in for 13 years and where our children grew up was different from selling a property for us so when looking for a realtor to represent us we wanted to make sure we picked one who did not treat us like a number.
