This is a class for beginners to experts and everyone between, there is variety in every workout and enthusiasm from staff and classmates! My husband and I came for our first kickboxing class here yesterday. Immediately, Jeanne was warm and welcoming; she picked up instantly how nervous I was (I'd never done anything like this before and it's been a hard year where I let myself go a lot).

AMAA had been recommended to me by another parent who has had children enrolled for the last 7 years. My opinion now that I've had my girls in the program is that AMAA deserves nothing less than 5 stars. By enrolling my kids in the program I've seen a drastic increase in confidence and It's become a second home for both of them.

I've been taking their adult self defense classes here for a few months now, and would recommend them to anyone who is even remotely interested in learning to defend themselves or just trying to get more excercise throughout their week. It is a very friendly and welcoming environment thanks to the instructors and the other students.

All about money. They did me messed up with a 700 dollar bill from collections after enrolling my daughter there. Wish I would have stood away. Mr. Sanchez nd there staff favor certain kids and the ones they dont, they slowly push away the parents. Claiming they're not a family place they dont like babys going there interrupting there class. That dont even teach good, it's like they learned from YouTube or something.
Sad to say I had a bad experience with this place and it was the first thing, as in sport wise I had ever put my daughter in. So now I learned my lesson and will always be careful

My son has been attending American Martial Arts for about 2 months now I could not be any more proud of the transformation I have seen in him.His confidence,respect and manners have just done a 360 he looks forward to coming to every class and has invited school friends to attend as well He loves his class and the instructors are all so great he has improved not just in his manners but at his school as well. His teacher is in complete amazement . Thanks to all the staff and instructors this has been one of the greatest decisions we have made by bringing him here.

Best Gym in Town!
Their kickboxing class is amazing. My wife and I do kickboxing together. My wife and oldest daughter take Krav Maga and my two youngest children are enrolled in karate. My entire family enjoys attending their classes and are excited to become well trained in martial arts. The trainers are all so friendly, encouraging and very knowledgeable. Great family gym.

Very professional and welcoming atmosphere. Instructors don't have a chip on their shoulder and truly work to make everyone feel welcome and work to improve based on each individuals talents. They keep it fun but also work you hard and set sound fundamentals in each student. A place is doing it right when they need two separate buildings for adults and kids due to volume. I noticed also some of the parents of the kids end up training there they like the place so much. Very unique place with outstanding true martial artists running it. This place has everything you need. Self Defense, fitness classes

I have spent over three grand for both my children for a couple years and I feel like it was a big waste of money. The school is all about money they made the kids sit out if they did not have the items that they made you purchase.There are way too many kids in the classroom.They do lots of testing that they make you pay for yet they do nothing with competition.they teach kids to go tell the teacher instead of protect themselves if somebody is trying to hurt them. Very dissatisfied would never recommend this to anybody with children the school is all about generating money.
