The price of your home inspection is based on the size, age and location of the home to be inspected. Additional fees may apply for re inspection and for homes built prior to 1975. All Points Home Inspection was recommended to us when buying a newly constructed home by our realtors Chris and Brad with Epic realty. He claimed that we had a great looking house and found no big problems. We have had nothing but problems since the day we closed on the home. The biggest issue being that in two separate areas of the home there are uneven foundation walls that were poured and the floor joists are measuring off by half an inch where it attaches to the sill plate which is creating a slope in the flooring. The floor now has to be raised up which will offset the wall, framing etc and
