I've engaged the services of Bob Guyer thrice so far, and he has been detailed and extremely thorough with each my home inspections.
Bob's extensive years of construction experience truly stands out - he is able to uncover and explain key aspects of the property under inspection. The final report is comprehensive, well documented with photographs, and describes the overall state of the property. He also spent a good amount of time during the inspection explaining the findings, how things should have been, and the correct remedial options going forward.

We meet Robert Guyer through our Real Estate agent. She said she had the best inspector in the valley. Boy, was she right! He was thorough and meticulous, taking notes and pictures of every part of the house, but he also made sure to summarize the key "problem areas". He is personable, responsive, always available for questions. We highly recommend him.

When I realized I needed an inspection on our house I had no idea where to start. I googled ‘inspectors in Boise’ and Guyer Inspectors was the first on my list, so I called! Robert Guyer was an excellent inspector! He answered all my questions, helped me understand requirements and took his time to do a detailed inspection. I will definitely be using him in the future for more projects. He’s friendly and very kind, I appreciate all he did for us!!

Bob Guyer is an amazing home inspector! As a Real Estate Agent, I want an inspector who is super thorough for my clients. I never want my buyers to have any surprises after the close of escrow. Bob comes through every time. His reports are very detailed and copies are supplied promptly to me and my clients. He is very good at answering any questions we may have. He is never rushed and makes sure he evaluates the entire property completely. I would highly recommend Bob Guyer!

My client hired Bob to do an inspection on an older home in Payette in April that he was purchasing. Bob was right on time and very professional looking. Bob took his time going through the attic, home and basement. He also inspected the yard and detached garage. He went over everything with the client and I and was extremely knowledgeable about older homes. He gave my client suggestions on what he should be concerned about and how to fix it.
