Called these guys on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in on Friday. Inspected at 3pm and had me a thorough report with tons of pictures and helpful notes by 6pm. They then made themselves available on Saturday to go over it and provided me with lots of helpful insights and opinions. Very professional, very thorough, very friendly. Highly recommend.

I have only had the 1 time experience with Treasure Valley. My background has been in construction my whole life. I feel the inspection was thorough, not overly picky. The points that needed to be addressed were good pointers for any owner. I feel I can move into this home knowing that everything that could come back to give me issues in the future have been addressed. Sam was very thorough and extremely helpful! He was absolutely knowledgeable about the process and what to evaluate. His report is very detailed and immediate. He also made an allowance for a new reports to be produced upon any modifications and/or corrections to any issues. This company knows what they are doing! Highly recommended!

Professional, service and detail oriented team that did a great job for me. Logan was available to work with me, answer my questions, and facilitate the schedule and work with my requests. Samuel spent hours inspecting the property and took the time to explain what his concerns were to me, discuss potential issues, and listen to my concerns. These guys are good at what they do. They got me an appointment super fast and Sam even arrived early. We had a seller’s pre-inspection done before listing our house, and he said they do the exact same thing as they do for a regular home inspection (buyer’s)!
Sam was very kind, considerate, thorough and professional. He used some seriously high tech devices, including a camera-like temperature sensor and moisture sensor. He stayed and went through the entire report with us (which included several photos), explaining everything and answering our questions. We will definitely be choosing him for the inspection when we find a home
