Molds reproduce in the form of tiny spores; the spores are invisible and float through outdoor and indoor air. At the end of the inspection, if you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will refund the fee for the inspection, and pay for another inspector of your choice up to the original fee.

This was an inspection of very poor quality as I am not sure where to start. As an opener, when we received what looked like a good report, the reply to most items was to have a professional look at them? Isn’t the inspector a professional? We were told the duct work looked really clean, see the first photo as the house is on a slab and this is a feed to the dining room from the furnace. Picture 2 is the new hot water tank as he stated the water started to get hot bu took a while. I could barely get the old one out the door is was so filled with sediment. We were really happy with their help inspecting our first home. As time went on, we slowly realized that he really missed a lot. The primary issue we are dealing with now is termite damage, that the inspector completely missed. There are obvious visible signs in the attic-lots of termite fecal deposits, as well as visible wood damage. We have begun replacing an interior wall, and discovered that it is also heavily damaged from termites. Our ridge vent was non functional, and soffit vents were not actually cut out under the vinyl. The inspector did a great job covering the entire home. They pointed out many defects i would have not seen or even considered. Many were minor but by being able to take care of the now they wont cause major problems or repairs. I feel perfectly safe in buying this home now. They did a really great job. They also got me in on short notice. I would definitely use them again without even comparing because of the quality of care.

Had Newt from Ultimate Home Inspections do a full residential home inspection for a home I am going through the process of purchasing. This is my first home purchase, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. He was very thorough inside and out on the inspection. He also walked me through his findings, giving more information on how issues could be repaired or resolved, and answered the questions I had. This gave me a good list of repair items to go back to the seller with prior to closing. Luckily for me, there were only minor fixes necessary. Newt also told me I could call at any point in the future
