Do not use this company for a home inspection. Their inspector Bob Mennitt overtightened a supply valve in a second floor bathroom and flooded my house 4 weeks before closing. He even noted that the valve was not leaking but did leak after he opened and closed it but that he managed to get the valve in a position that it stopped leaking. The house was unoccupied so it leaked for 2 days until he came back to retrieve the radon test. He then notified us that there was a leak and left. The plumbers who showed up to fix said the valve had been over tightened and replaced it. Bob Mennitt never took
