Services
Frank Carr is the Senior Vice President of Maine Realty Advisors. He has held this license before in Illinois and Maine, but primarily for showing and leasing tenant spaces within properties he was managing. Frank will be expanding his skillset on the brokerage side and augmenting an already talented team at Maine Realty Advisors.
Brianna Stark is the Marketing Director at Maine Realty Advisors. Brianna also works for BioME (Bioscience Association of Maine) as their Marketing & Membership Coordinator. Prior to working with MRA, Brianna was part of a digital marketing team at U-Haul International in Phoenix, AZ. She earned her B.S. degree in Marketing and Sustainability from Arizona State University.
Sarah Baird is the Office Administrator at Maine Realty Advisors. Prior to working at MRA, Sarah was the Front of House manager at OTTO Pizza for five years where she oversaw FOH operations, scheduling and inventory management. Sarah attended South Portland High School, and later graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Communication.
Originally from New York with a background in Human Services, Diversity & Sensitivity Training, Michael was an office manager for 9 years before making the move to Midcoast, Maine in 2012. Upon relocation, Mike began working as a general contractor where he honed his skills in carpentry, plumbing, mechanics, landscaping, and general maintenance.

This company is cryptic and rude. They are not knowledgeable, try to upsell, seem to be out for a quick buck. Trying to speak to anyone local is impossible, meaning they don't stand behind their service contracts at all - no support. Not happy with my experience with them. There are plenty of others - recommend avoiding this company.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
It’s a zero star from me as Josh Soley has the power to STOP the ICE facility in Scarborough from happening but is not doing it. Absolutely disgusting. He denied knowledge of a lease being signed and is refusing to say anything publicly. He has made it clear that cares about money over human life.

I have been renting a small apartment for nearly a year now from MRA. It is a nice place, which I have been very happy with. My primary contact is Josh Soley, who has been very helpful in attending to modifications needed to the apartment and responding promptly to my inquiries. I have been very pleased to date!

This is probably a long and boring story, haha. This isn't so much a review of MRA as it is of the main person I dealt with, Dan Soley.
There was a listing for a 5 bedroom house starting May 1. I inquired early April (week 1) and we set up a time to see the place later that week. We saw the place that Tuesday, the agent (Cole) said there were others interested in the house as well. With this information, the others and I convened and decided to jump on the lease ASAP. The agent informed us he was on vacation following week, but that Dan (Soley,
